What you'll do as a CNC Tube Laser Operator:
Set up & run the tube laser machine to cut metal tubing and parts with precision.
Read blueprints and job drawings to make sure each piece meets the right specs.
Check your work for accuracy and quality before it moves on to the next stage.
Keep the machine clean and in good shape so it runs safely and smoothly.
Use materials wisely and help minimize waste.
Work side by side with the fabrication team to hit production goals and keep jobs moving.
Follow safety rules and help keep the shop clean and organized.
Our Ideal CNC Tube Laser Operator:
Experienced: At least one year of CNC operating experience; tube laser experience is strongly preferred, and welding experience is a plus.
Knowledgeable: Able to read blueprints and shop drawings and use CAD software confidently to plan and verify jobs.
Detailed: Takes pride in precise work and consistent quality from setup to final inspection.

About the Role
The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining facility dies and parts to ensure quality parts for all manufacturing departments. This position requires the ability to train others and be a backup to the Team Leader when necessary.
What You'll Do
Assists with equipment setups, adjustments and installations using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments and devices.

As a national leader in providing superior electro-mechanical repairs and services, we are currently seeking a 1st shift Manual Machinist for our machine shop. Since 1981, we have been a family-owned company instrumental in keeping national industries operational. We specialize in building, servicing, and selling industrial motors, controls, gearboxes, and related equipment for advanced electric motor systems.
Our Machinists play a crucial role in performing complex machine tool operations to produce, fabricate, and repair precision parts for industrial motors. The position hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities
Set up and operations on engine lathes, vertical/horizontal mills, and vertical lathes
Interpret blueprints to determine critical dimensions and machine set up
Read micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators and other precision measuring and test equipment as required
Maintain low tolerances as indicated by specifications or drawings
Determine speeds and feeds to obtain proper surface finish
Adhere to all company EH&S and QMS processes
Other duties as required, including some disassembly/assembly, repair and rebuilding of industrial equipment
Qualifications
Required:
3 or more years experience setting up and operating manual lathes and mills
Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Able to read micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators and other precision measuring and test equipment
Able to work overtime; typically throughout the week and occasionally on weekends
Preferred:
Welding experience including set up welder and perform welding tasks using GMAW, GTAW, SMAW
Technical/vocational degree in Machining
Good computer skills
High School diploma or GED equivalent
