What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist II * Intermediate ability to interpret technical prints. * Intermediate knowledge and use of CNC machine G&M Code and troubleshooting skills to identify and communicate program improvements to programmers. * Setup, operate and adjust machining equipment for basic and intermediate complexity part production without supervision. * Monitors quality of parts produced utilizing basic and advanced visual metrology devices to ensure Customer requirements are met and follows procedure for handling nonconforming parts. * Abides by all Company safety and health policies and procedures. * Must use personal protective equipment if required. Understands how to determine speeds and feeds to obtain proper surface finish. * Able to work overtime; typically throughout the week and occasionally on weekends. * Safe operation of Forklift within a Machine Shop environment. Safe Over Head Crane operation. Adheres to all company EH&S & QMS processes. * Lifting and Rigging of heavy components of various configurations & weights.
