Compensation Includes:
* Starting Pay Rate of $16.50/hour - paid weekly
Summary:
Safely and effectively packs finished goods and prepares product for shipment.
Responsibilities:
* Provides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects, and pack finished goods in the correct configuration
* Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs items into the appropriate packaging
* Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product
* Replaces adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery

Must insure proper coding is on the bottle, cans, boxes/trays, and if applicable the graphics are acceptable.
Must insure closures and lids are properly applied.
Verify flavor and size according to schedule.
Report any major defects to the Lead person and/or Manager.
Monitor the machine while running. Check to see that all bottles, cans are packed into the box correctly.
Fill glue pot's as necessary.
Verify case code is correct as scheduled.
Clear your machine of all products at end of each run and at the end of your shift.
Must follow the work rules at all times. GMP compliance MUST be adhered to at all times.
Is responsible to report any quality issue to the Lead person, QA Technician and/or Manager.
Assist in relieving other operators for lunch breaks.
Keep work area clean at all times.
Shut down all equipment at end of shift if line is going down for the day.

Principal Duties
Patrol work area to identify defects in yarn quality through visual inspection and make corrections as necessary.

Principal Duties
Patrol work area to identify defects in yarn quality through visual inspection and make corrections as necessary.

Changes wrap film, removes waste from conveyors, checks pallet quality and loads pallet stacking station.
Controls weights and traceability of product, bags pallet with correct liners, supplies slip sheets and fills liquid containers with charcoal or red dye.
Checks and controls label information and operates traceability system.
Remove cardboard from frozen product using box cutter or other tool
Sort pallets and discard broken pallets and other pallets not conforming to company guidelines.
Remove trash
Participate in job and safety training offered and required by the Company
Maintain good housekeeping of work areas
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred and must possess the following skills:
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions•Ability to complete all assigned tasks and shifts as assigned according to production requirements•Ability to work as a part of a team and treat coworkers with respect
•Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification•Basic Computer Skills
•Experience in the meat processing industry is desired but not required
Will be frequently exposed to cool and wet conditions. Must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds on a frequent basis and be able to work around raw beef, chicken or other similar raw materials and odors.

Production 1 Operators needed to assist in preparation of batches & operation of processing equipment for large adhesives manufacturer located in Conyers, GA. Will be monitoring equipment and keeping processes running at desired rates.
Requirements:
Must understand basic monitoring of assigned equipment including start up-shut down & lockout/tagout procedures for equipment responsibilities. Good math and reading skills required. Able to lift 50 lbs. Must be computer literate and strong work ethic along with attention to detail. High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience in batch mixing, measuring preferred.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:00pm - 7:00am. Position is in Conyers, GA. Pay rate is $11.00/hr. EOE
