The Facilities Representative will provide support and routine maintenance for all facilities owned and operated by Marin Community Clinics. This is a handy-person job performing a variety of semi-skilled and non-skilled duties including but not limited to interior and exterior building maintenance and repair, moving furniture and equipment, light carpentry and purchasing of supplies. This person works closely with outside contractors, building inspectors, and vendors to ensure the facilities are continuously well- maintained and remain in compliance with health and safety standards. This is a hands-on position which assures the optimal functioning of building systems for each location.
Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping all MCC facilities in good repair. Will examine the equipment for defects in operation, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and efficient operation. This includes performing quality checks on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Responsible for basic light, electrical and plumbing repairs.
Responsible for minor painting, caulking, wall-covering, tile repair and light carpentry.
Perform regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks including but not limited to routine inspection of facilities and equipment for maintenance, repair, replacement, etc.
Assist with checking and responding to security and safety issues.
Assist IT with installations and troubleshooting as needed.
Assists with installation of office accessories: desks and cabinets, installations of hanging file holders, bulletin boards, white boards, etc.
Responsible for insuring that all maintenance issues are addressed in the most cost-effectively.
Responsible for obtaining information to determine project costs to obtain approval or the requisition of materials.
Performs special projects as mandated by business needs and supervisor, e.g. interact with subcontractors.
Responsible for performing all work in accordance with established OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and organizational safety procedures.
Assists leadership in planning work, identifying organizational needs, and cooperation on projects and project teams.
Communicate with supervisor and CAO on repair and maintenance issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-year maintenance work experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of the trades including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC a plus.
Prior work history in health-care/community health centers environment preferred and highly desired.
Good working knowledge of painting or redecorating walls, woodwork and fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical equipment is required.
Knowledge of safety protocols when handling power tools is required.
Knowledge of Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) codes and regulations for OSHPD 3 Clinics preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance & Improvement, the Healthcare Data Analyst performs a wide range of duties to drive improvement and efficiency throughout the organization through data processing, management and distribution, and process evaluation and improvement. The Healthcare Data Analyst builds reports and implements data visualization strategy to support monitoring and improvement of clinical and operational key performance indicators throughout the organization. Using a variety of tools data analytics tools and coding languages, the Healthcare Data Analyst integrates data from various sources to promote and grow a data-driven culture at MCC.
This is a full-time, primarily on-site role based at our Novato administrative offices, with a potential for hybrid work.
Responsibilities
Data Procesing and Mangement:
Produce and manage data to support all monitoring, reporting and process improvement needs of the department and the organization, primarily by utilizing a SQL-based reporting and data visualization software platform (Relevant) and reporting from Epic's Reporting Workbench.
Generate and deliver standardized reports and data sets for specific improvement programs and grants within required deadlines (ex. NCQA PCMH accreditation, Partnership Health Plan Quality Incentive Program (QIP), HRSA UDS reporting, etc).
Support stakeholders in defining their reporting needs and translating technical reporting ideas into language easily understood by a non-technical audience.
Using Power BI and/or Tableau, create compelling and meaningful data visualizations for use by leadership and executive teams.
Ensure the accuracy of all data produced by the department by assisting with audits and validation of data that is inputted into Electronic Health Record (OCHIN Epic) and reported out by SQL-based data analysis software (Relevant).
Quality Assurance and Improvement (QA/I) Coordination and Promotion:
Understand, practice and help support the use of QI methodologies, including the Model for Improvement, to promote and strengthen a culture of continuous quality improvement at MCC.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the key QA/I programs and agencies to which MCC is accountable and serve as a resource for the organization around the specific metrics and reporting requirements relevant to each entity.
Work with all departments to improve and reinforce standardized documentation and data entry workflows in OCHIN Epic.
Help train and support MCC clinical providers and staff to access, interpret and act on data that is relevant to their roles and improvement efforts.
Other duties to support the Department, as assigned.
Qualifications
BA/BS required, with at least 2 years of qualifying work experiences, preferably in healthcare.
SQL coding experience required, preferably in healthcare setting.
Data visualization experience required, preferably with Power BI and/or Tableau.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Must have experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Outlook).
Electronic health records experience is highly preferable (Epic experience a plus).

The Health Information Management System Technician (HIMS Technician) is responsible for the electronic and paper medical record management within Marin Community Clinics. The HIMS Technician provides timely and accurate medical record services and safeguards our patient's records in compliance with our Company policy and HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities
Process the Authorizations for Release of Health Information (ROI) for all Medical and Dental sites
Safeguard and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical/dental information. Verifying Release of Information documentation is in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy, and HIPAA regulations.
Daily rounds of picking up documents from front office and pods. Successfully uploading batches to drive for SmartFiler scanning.
Daily rounds of document drop off at clinic pods.
Successfully interacts and communicates with clinical staff to assist with deficient and delinquent medical record completion.
Respond to requests and releases patient information to persons or agencies in strict accordance with Company policy and HIPAA regulations.
Ensures only appropriate information is faxed to outside medical/dental facilities.
Act as liaison between third party vendors processing requests covered by agreements and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with MCC.
Retrieve paper and electronic faxes. Faxed are distributed, scanned and/or actioned as necessary.
Works collaboratively with other departments.
Manual scanning of documents into patient charts, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of information.
Locates and extracts pertinent information from medical/dental files as requested.
Merge duplicate patient records.
Process tasks received via inbox from Nurses, MA's, and Physicians etc.
Take telephone calls and assist with HIMS related phone calls.
Assist in pre-visit prep for patients which may include, but is not limited to, printing hospital records.
Contributes as part of the team ensuring all departmental tasks are done and completes other projects assigned by supervisor.
Support clinic HIMS as a ‘float' technician. Support will be determined based on staff & workload.

Maintain a safe and sanitary environment at the Health Hubs.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

The Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) Supervisor oversees the performance, workflow and quality of the HIMS staff. Responsibilities

Marin Community Clinic is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our team! We prefer candidates who are in the Bay Area. Our practice focuses on providing health equity among Marin's most vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed clinical care and case management support. We ask applicants to have familiarity or/and knowledge about Latin culture & race-based stress/trauma work.
The behavioral health clinical supervisor ("BHC Supervisor") serves in a clinical leadership and training capacity on the behavioral health team and co-leads clinical supervision and implementation of Marin Community Clinic's ("MCC") ASW training program in Integrated Behavioral Health. This position provides clinical supervision to junior clinical staff, including ASWs in-process of obtaining licensure, and helps lead MCC's ASW training fellowship focused on training bilingual/bicultural clinicians. The LCSW Clinical supervisor co-teaches weekly didactic seminars on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health practice. This position also provides assessment and treatment services to MCC patients across the lifespan with behavioral health needs. The behavioral health supervisor is considered an expert in behavioral health, and as such provides consultation, training and support to the healthcare team and other staff and providers in behavioral health. The behavioral health supervisor (LCSW) position is part of a dynamic, passionate and dedicated health care team, collaboratively working with medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and other members of the organization.
The BHC supervisor is a welcomed as part of the primary care team and is supported by the robust and dynamic behavioral health department through regular meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision.

The Coordinator of Patient Relations is a mission-driven professional dedicated to ensuring every patient's voice is heard and respected. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day intake, tracking, and resolution of patient complaints and grievances, ensuring each concern is addressed promptly, compassionately, and in full compliance with Marin Community Clinics policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Manager of Patient Relations, the Coordinator serves as a key advocate for patients and families promoting service excellence, patient rights, and continuous quality improvement throughout the organization. Responsibilities
* Receive, log, and track all patient complaints, grievances, and service concerns in accordance with MCC policy and regulatory requirements.

Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available. Part-time and full-time as well.
Hiring Bonus:

Shift Differential:

Responsibilities

The medical scribe at Marin Community Clinics (MCC) is an integral part of MCC's team care model, enhancing the quality and efficiency of our patient care. The medical scribe annotates any dictated or written information for the treatment of patient following all local, state, and federal guidelines for documentation into the electronic health record (EHR). The medical or specialist scribe will be responsible for clearly recording each patient's symptoms, history, physical exam, and documenting the diagnosis as well as treatment plans. The medical scribe is not a direct patient care role.
This positions requires working at different clinic locations in Marin County (San Rafael, Larkspur and Greenbrae), clinics are within close driving distance of each other.

Responsibilities
Scribe-Specific Tasks and Duties:
The primary role of the scribe is to assist the provider with documentation of each patient's clearly recording each patient's symptoms, history, physical exam, and documenting the diagnosis as well as treatment plans in the medical record during a clinic visit.
At the start of the visits scribes checks the “document scribed” checkbox on the intake template at the top center.
Accompanies the clinician into the patient examination area, or joins the appointment remotely by telephone, in order to transcribe a history and physical examination as given by the patient and provider.
Under the direction of the provider, transcribes and places patient orders, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, referrals, etc.
Documents any procedures performed by the provider or nurses in the EHR.
Transcribes any consultation or discussions with family and/or the provider.
Completes the patient's chart by transcribing results of any labs, x-rays, or other evaluations. In doing so, the scribe continuously checks on the progress of this data in order to get the patient's workup complete so that the provider is able to make his/her decisions regarding that patient.
Scribe lists all proper diagnoses as well as any follow up instructions and prescriptions, as dictated by the provider.
Scribe does not directly assist with patient care. The scribe documents orders generated by the provider.
Scribe assists the provider and support staff with paperwork, telephone calls, faxing, and chart abstraction and may facilitate communication among the care team.
Scribe is able to process portal communications and either task to appropriate member of the care team or get information from the provider to respond to the patient in a timely way.
The Medical Scribe does not perform the following:
Medications: A scribe cannot prescribe medications. Scribes cannot stop, start, or make any manipulation to any medications in the "medication module”.
Orders: A scribe cannot order any in-house medications that are injected, ingested, or inhaled into the body including nebulizer treatments.
Document Sign Off: The provider should always review the record and attest to its correctness and completeness. At the end of the day or shift, the provider should review the scribed documentation to ensure all events were recorded accurately. The provider generates the document, creating the completed "Master IM." The scribe does not.
Patient Care: The scribe is not directly involved with patient care; can't touch the patient; can't handle bodily fluids; can't act independently without direct clinical oversight; conduct other duties while acting as the medical scribe; however, he/she may be asked to give patient paperwork during visit or discuss discharge instructions with a patient. The scribe can't give orders to Registered Nurses. They interact with patients on a limited level. For exceptions to this section, please see the “Optional Trainable Skills” section below.
General Documentation: A scribe cannot document any of his/her personal objective findings or be involved in any of the medical decision-making. A scribe cannot act independently; instead, he/she must simply document the provider's dictation and or/activities during the visit.
Optional Trainable Skills:
With the permission of medical/operational leadership and participation in an in-house training/competency program, a Scribe can be trained to perform vitals, room patients.
