Graphic Design and Production
A. Assists the Public Information Officer (PIO) with the design and production of publications such as brochures, newsletters, flyers and posters for the general public that accurately reflect the Departments services and programs. Advises printing costs on the various aspects of publication development and print requests.
A1.a. Upon approval, meets with the PIO and other Divisions to obtain concise and accurate information on the content of publications and suggestions for design layout.
A1.b. Drafts and edits publications and assists with the typesetting of forms.
A1.c. Works closely with the Vision Zero Coordinator in researching illustrations and photographs that heighten visual impact and clarifies written information.
2. Outreach and Communications
B. Participates in outreach events and concisely presents information that is accurate and consistent with and the Departments mission, goals and objectives.
B1.a. Assists with outreach and promotion efforts virtually and in-person.
B1.b. Develops and coordinates the development of print and visual informational/promotional materials consistent with the chosen theme/objective and contain accurate information
3.Content Manager for Social Network Media
C. Serves as Content Contributor for all social network media sites to include the Intranet, Internet, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
C1.a. Reviews and updates information on the Intranet, internet, and social networking sites on a weekly basis to ensure that information is accurate and updated.
C1.b. Compiles Social Media tools.
C1.c. Assists with managing and updating the information on the department's social media network to ensure that it accurately reflects the services and programs of the Department
4. Administrative
D1.a. Accurately prepares correspondence and memorandums in correct format.
D1.b. Proofreads and edits all letters, memorandum, narrative reports, and publications to ensure correct format, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
D1.c. Assists in preparing the monthly reports.

Job Summary:

Duties:
The Records Support Associate I provides support to the Government staff by performing various clerical and repetitive manual functions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Digitally scan and perform image quality control functions for: Passport Applications, Lookout Records, and other Consular Vital records as identified by Records Services.
Work with the Departments Resource Management Office on the repatriation loan debt program and Enter various passport holds into the Departments lookout system.
Communicate with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regarding passport holds for child support owed.
Identify the proper type of record filing system to file or process incoming records. These files include issued and non-issued passport applications, Consular Reports of Birth, Consular Reports of Death, the various types of Lookout files, correspondence files, and a wide variety of miscellaneous documents that are turned in to the Division annually. This determination has a significant impact on the Divisions ability to locate and retrieve passport records.
Performs quality control functions, facilitatesthe integration of data into PPT databases, and ensures record integrity.
Review and correct discrepancies in multiple document PRISM records, and review and correct errors in database processing systems records.
Monitor the production and transfer of data files and records pertaining to passport and consular activity submitted by domestic passport Agencies and Centers, as well as consular facilities abroad to HQ to ensure proper adherence to established procedures and protocols.
Reconcile any processing errors or deficiencies identified in the data submissions or in upload to the databases.
Assist in the issuance of certified copies of Consular Reports of Death (OF-180), Certificates of Witness to Marriage, and Panama Canal Zone Birth and Death Certificates.
Prepare files for retention, disposition, and retrieval purposes.
Operate Passport Services electronic database systems to process, search, track, retrieve, reconcile, update, and modify Passport Directorate records.
Receive and respond to a wide variety of requests for information or assistance from Passport Agencies, Washington Headquarters offices, other offices in the Bureau of Consular Affairs, overseas posts, other Department of State offices, and outside agencies such as the Office of Personnel Management, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, etc., regarding passport records, and related matters as directed by Management.
Perform routine and complex searches using Passport Information Electronic Records System (PIERS), Passport Records Imaging Systems Management (PRISM), Passport Lookout Tracking System (PLOTS), Master Index, and other manual filing systems. For records not available within Passport Services data systems, coordinate the daily requests and responses to/from the WNRC.
Assist with various special projects as requested by the Government.

POSITION SUMMARY
Manages architectural-engineering, construction and other professional services contracts in support of the Engineering & Construction (E&C) Team in close coordination with team technical managers and performs related duties as required.
An employee filling this position works very closely with technical managers in the E&C Team associated with each contract as well as members of the Procurement Office, including the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officers Representatives and other Procurement Professionals, Office of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion and the General Counsels Office. Work involves applying sound contracting principles and practices coupled with our clients Procurement Regulations, Business Policies and Procedures and associated practices that constitute our clients procurement system.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The following statements describe the general nature and level of the work performed. They should not be considered an exhaustive list of all duties. Employees may perform other related duties as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages all administrative provisions of the contract including the performance period and contract value, including the cumulative cost of all tasks issued under basic ordering agreements and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts.
While coordinating with the necessary parties, schedules and conducts all pre-bid/proposal meetings.
Schedules and conducts preconstruction meetings with contractor, other necessary staff elements, sediment control specialists, as well as state, county and local agencies.
Manages the compliance of all contracts including subcontracting utilization in support of our clients Minority and Supplier Diversity & Inclusion programs.
Manages and enforces any wage-rate provisions under the contract.
In concert with the technical managers and in coordination with the Contracting Officer and/or Contracting Officer Representative, approves, and issues change orders and field orders.
Accepts work as being finally complete as our clients representative.
Conducts bid-ready contract reviews to ensure completeness.
In concert with the technical managers, prepares and updates daily, weekly and monthly reports.
In concert with the technical managers, reviews and recommends revisions to General Conditions, Standard Specifications and Standard Details.
Confers with management personnel to determine needs and then, in coordination with the Contracting Officers Representative, develops appropriate contract tools.
Analyzes problems in terms of contract specification requirements, service delivery, and feasibility.
Trains others in contract compliance and enforcement.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
In concert with technical managers, receives, reviews and approves/processes all submittals and deliverables.

Job Summary:
The Waste/Recycling Technician is generally responsible for ensuring proper placement, sorting, cleaning, and discarding materials in the recycling facility. This work physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying possibly heavy objects. Duties will require concentration and attention to detail for long periods of time. This position will include indoor and outdoor work environments and is fast paced. Candidate must be able to communicate well with others and proactively contribute to group objectives.
Duties:
Manual sorting of recyclable materials at the Pre-Sort Station (QA/QC) to remove trash and unacceptable materials, and recover strategic recyclable material such as, but not limited to, rigid plastics, and large metal items.
Manual Sorting of recyclable materials at the Presort stations, Paper lines, OCC line, and Plastics lines.
Manual Sorting of the recyclable materials at the Fiber Sorting Stations (QA/QC) to remove trash and unacceptable materials from the Fiber stream, and the Aluminum line.
Manual breakdown of various Mixed Rigid Plastics so they can be efficiently baled. Breakdown of rigid plastic products such as blue bins, recycling carts, trash cans, kiddie pools, plastic playhouses, pails, buckets, plastic pallets, milk crates, large water bottles, laundry baskets, pet carrier, flowerpots, and plastic automotive parts shall be accomplished with a Sawzall or similar portable hand tools.
Cleaning of all receiving, processing, and storage areas, and equipment
Cleaning of Site grounds, roads, wash bays, storm drain screens, and drain outfalls.
Cleaning of Building Facilities such as offices, locker rooms, break rooms, education center, tour routes, and scale houses
Sorting of incoming materials to identify material composition.
Sorting of baled products to identify bale composition and bale quality.
Dressing of baled products to remove visible unacceptable materials and improve bale quality.
Participating in bale breaks, waste sorts, line sorts, and all other types of quality control
Cleaning the elevated Vibratory or Rotating Screening Equipment utilizing proper fall arrest equipment
Directing traffic when required
Other tasks as assigned by the Facility Management Team
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Move at a fast pace with speed and accuracy.
Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Must be able to perform independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Example of Essential Functions
Ensure proper boiler room equipment operation, including pumps, boilers, water treatment, air lines, variable frequency drives, expansion tank water levels, temperatures, pressures, exhaust fans, water and oil meters, chillers, and related equipment. Receive and respond to work orders for various buildings. Troubleshoot/resolve problems identified in work orders, including heating, cooling, potable water, and strange odors. Switch cooling and heating systems semi-annually; start and stop gas and ammonia chillers; and prepare and melt ice for chillers and glycol systems. Check refrigerant, oil levels, oil pressure, and temperature. Conduct regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on all boiler room equipment. Order required parts and supplies for equipment maintenance, repair, or replacement. Inspect assigned buildings to ensure that all heating, plumbing, and electrical systems are operating properly. Perform daily routine and emergency work order requests. Perform preventative maintenance, such as seasonal repairs and upgrades to HVAC systems (the latter under the direction of an HVAC mechanic). Track assigned work order progress in the work order database to ensure tasks performed are documented. Replaces ceiling tiles, helps with snow removal, performs temporary roof repairs, fabricates motor mounts for HVAC units (welding/brazing), and repairs water pumps to the pool.
