A marketing operation analyst is a marketing professional responsible for creating and implementing new marketing processes, maintaining overall system functionality, and measuring marketing performance. You are to manage technical aspects of marketing systems such as CRM and marketing automation to save time and energy. Your role involves establishing and maintaining accessible processes that ensure excellent practices in lead management and campaign.
