Purpose Statement The Robotic Palletizing Operator Associate will control all aspects of finished goods palletizing while adhering to all plant and food safety guidelines. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Operate all equipment in the palletizing room, which includes the programming, troubleshooting, and documentation of all functions and equipment. Responsible for basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other minor maintenance of all palletizing, conveying, and stretch wrapping equipment, which includes proper lubrication of equipment, proper tracking of belts, and start-up procedures. Maintain a valid material handling equipment certification. Maintain work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to GMP, AIB, and company safety guidelines. Perform any other miscellaneous duties assigned. Will be required to work in other areas as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience High school diploma or GED required.
