At a Glance:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently receiving, binning, issuing and transporting material at the FlexRig Machinery Center. This position is located in Tulsa, OK.
What you will do:
Review packing slips against purchase orders and material delivered for accuracy and complete receipt transactions
Load and unload delivery trucks
Ensure inventory accuracy regularly by completing cycle counts when issuing material
Has responsibility to identify and work to resolve discrepancies in inventory
Complete transactions in the inventory system for receipts, transfers and adjustments
Responsible for material movement throughout the facility
Assist in maintaining the condition and security of the warehouse and yards
Handle phone calls, mail, typing scanning & copying needs
Frequent contact with office, shop, field operations and engineering to give and receive information
Frequent contact with suppliers and trucking companies

What you need:
High school degree or GED equivalent
Previous material handling, and/or receiving experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of inventory/warehousing practices and procedures
Thorough knowledge of purchasing, warehousing and distributing material
Good PC skills: Excel, Word, etc. Able to learn inventory system(s)
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Able to operate forklift, aerial work platforms, and other material handling equipment

What You'll Bring to the Team
Material Handling Experience: Proven ability to safely load, unload, and move materials within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Documentation & Detail Orientation: The ability to read and interpret Bills of Material or accurately follow oral instructions, with a strong attention to detail for accurate labeling and marking.
Equipment Operation: Demonstrated proficiency in operating industrial forklifts. Experience with overhead cranes is also preferred.

**A Brief Summary of This Position**
This is a **SECOND SHIFT POSITION 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday - Friday** .
This is an individual contributor position responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing incoming product loads and inspecting finished products for damage and defects. The incumbent will operate forklift equipment to move material. They will be responsible for identifying material and product being loaded and unloaded. The incumbent will create tags for products being unloaded, which may involve taking notes and pictures and entering that information into the computer. Incumbent will be responsible for inspecting galvanized product to ensure a high-quality finished product and making recommendations to resolve any damage or defects found in products. Interact with customers and truck drivers, coordinating special handling as a result of an inspection, work safely with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
**Essential Functions:**
+ Operate forklifts with the capacity to move up to 22,000 lbs. of material on and off of flatbed trailers
+ Communicating potential problems or needs with material to the Lead or Supervisor
+ Inspect incoming material for proper venting and hanging. Must be able to identify coated material.
+ Inspect galvanized material to ensure it meets the quality standards, reject material that does not meet quality standards, and coordinate special handling for this material
+ Read tags, bills of lading, and shipping and receiving papers
+ Verify tags on incoming product with details including piece count and finished product packaging
+ Move pieces of steel and other material up to 50 pounds by hand from different locations in the plant and yard
+ Operate small hand tools including tape measures, micrometers, saws, drills, riveters, and nail guns
+ Other duties as assigned

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Receiving and put away into assigned Bin/Row locations of CPE shipments and Material products from a Primary Distribution Center (PDC) or manufacturer.
* Fulfillment of CPE and Material orders to various boundary partners (Field Service Technicians, Installation Contractors, Solution Stores, 3rd Party Stores, etc.) as well as monitoring inventory levels and restocking appropriately.
* Utilizes Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications & scanners to perform warehouse functions.
* Processes CPE returns by utilizing WMS application to prepare CPE returns for shipment back to the PDC. Includes sorting, boxing, labeling, shrink wrapping & staging of CPE returns on pallets.
* Monitor and restock Quick Pick locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
* Utilizes light warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and carts.
* Displays necessary skills needed to safely operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and larger delivery vehicles, which are used to provide pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of CPE, materials, equipment, and mail.
* May assist in daily cycle counts to audit physical and systemic accuracy of inventory at a warehouse or assigned to boundary partner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum-
* High School Diploma/GED
* Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required

As a Warehouse Operator your primary duty will be to service, protect and care for our customers goods that are stored in our facility warehouse space. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct all warehouse functions guided by company policies and procedures, safety, customer requests and the Customer Service Department

Complete warehouse tasks utilizing RF Scanners, forklifts (sit down and standup) pallet jacks, stretch wrappers etc.
Receiving Freight:
Unload material off semi-truck trailers
Inspect, account and receive product into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Count all product and measure against work orders to ensure accuracy of shipment
Report shortages/overages/damages/mis-shipments on appropriate forms or scanners
Efficiently stack and store product in a manner that will not damage products
Compare to manifest and check all shipments for seals, damage, infestation and unique product identifiers (lots, batches, serial numbers, etc.)
Inventory:
Store product in a manger that meets product storage comingling requirements
Always account for inventory moves in the WMS
Report any changes, damages or deterioration in stored product
Always stack and store product that is neat and organized
Order Picking:
Ensure that the correct product and quantity is picked, and the physical inventory matches the work orders
When picking, pick in a manner that prevents any type of product damage
Stage and conduct one final inspection of product to ensure product is damage free and the physical inventory matches the work order
Shipping Freight:
Ensure completeness and accuracy of outbound shipments
Ensure the product is handled in a manner that keeps the product damage free when loading product onto trailers
Inspect and clean trailers to ensure trailer is free of any debris or contaminates that could potentially damage the product

At a Glance:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently receiving, binning, issuing and transporting material at the FlexRig Machinery Center. This position is located in Tulsa, OK.
What you will do:
Review packing slips against purchase orders and material delivered for accuracy and complete receipt transactions
Load and unload delivery trucks
Ensure inventory accuracy regularly by completing cycle counts when issuing material
Has responsibility to identify and work to resolve discrepancies in inventory
Complete transactions in the inventory system for receipts, transfers and adjustments
Responsible for material movement throughout the facility
Assist in maintaining the condition and security of the warehouse and yards
Handle phone calls, mail, typing scanning & copying needs
Frequent contact with office, shop, field operations and engineering to give and receive information
Frequent contact with suppliers and trucking companies

What you need:
High school degree or GED equivalent
Previous material handling, and/or receiving experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of inventory/warehousing practices and procedures
Thorough knowledge of purchasing, warehousing and distributing material
Good PC skills: Excel, Word, etc. Able to learn inventory system(s)
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Able to operate forklift, aerial work platforms, and other material handling equipment

A Brief Summary of This Position
This is a SECOND SHIFT POSITION 3:30pm to 12:00am Monday - Friday.
This is an individual contributor position responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing incoming product loads and inspecting finished products for damage and defects. The incumbent will operate forklift equipment to move material. They will be responsible for identifying material and product being loaded and unloaded. The incumbent will create tags for products being unloaded, which may involve taking notes and pictures and entering that information into the computer. Incumbent will be responsible for inspecting galvanized product to ensure a high-quality finished product and making recommendations to resolve any damage or defects found in products. Interact with customers and truck drivers, coordinating special handling as a result of an inspection, work safely with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Essential Functions:
Operate forklifts with the capacity to move up to 22,000 lbs. of material on and off of flatbed trailers
Communicating potential problems or needs with material to the Lead or Supervisor
Inspect incoming material for proper venting and hanging. Must be able to identify coated material.
Inspect galvanized material to ensure it meets the quality standards, reject material that does not meet quality standards, and coordinate special handling for this material
Read tags, bills of lading, and shipping and receiving papers
Verify tags on incoming product with details including piece count and finished product packaging
Move pieces of steel and other material up to 50 pounds by hand from different locations in the plant and yard
Operate small hand tools including tape measures, micrometers, saws, drills, riveters, and nail guns
Other duties as assigned
