Part-Time, Seasonal The Materials Handler supports daily retail operations across all locations. Safety & Compliance * Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, ABC policies and company guidelines when operating equipment or handling inventory. * Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas in all locations. * Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues immediately. Cross-Location Coordination * Travel between warehouse and stockroom and other estate locations/facilities as scheduled to provide operational support. * Communicate effectively with both teams to ensure inventory accuracy and workflow alignment. * Support special projects, transfers, and stock consolidations between locations. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent. * Valid Driver's License. * Ability to work independently. * Must be able to speak and write in English. * Must be dependable, punctual and trustworthy. * Flexible days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled. * Ability to be trained and certified in electric pallet jack and skid lift. * Ability to work well with others. * Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. * Previous warehouse experience preferred. Work Environment: This position is based in a warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment setting. The environment can be fast-paced, with exposure to moving equipment, shelving, and frequent handling of merchandise. Noise levels are moderate, and temperatures may vary depending on the season and building conditions. Physical Requirements: Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions such as picking, packing, loading, unloading and scanning. The role requires bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating carts or pallet jacks. Attention to accuracy and efficiency is essential.
