Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion. **ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders. + Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs. + Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows. + Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules. + Perform other related duties as necessary. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + High School diploma or GED required. + Minimum 1 year of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. + Experience in shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations. + Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines. + **NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.** + **Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.** **PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork. + A willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities as the company grows. + Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols and practices within a shipping environment. **WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** + Office environment. + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following: + Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves. + Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves. + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments. **COMPENSATION** _The pay range is NOT a guarantee.
