A well-established distribution company in Moorpark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming products and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and unload incoming shipments
Verify product quantities and inspect for accuracy and quality
Match items to purchase orders and record receipts in the system
Use RF scanners, computers, and printers to process and label received materials
Organize and store received goods in designated warehouse areas
Communicate any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
Support inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required

The Warehouse Material Handler/Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and documentation of materials within a warehouse. SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing and storing materials for production. Processes, checks, verifies, and inventories materials received and released to Production. Completes related computer entries and documentation. Stores inventory properly in correct locations and ensures proper rotation of dated materials. The Material Handlers are responsible for picking the parts for the Jobs/Work Orders based on a bill of materials, they will be required to identify lot numbers for each product moved to the production/clean rooms.
The individual should be able to follow directions and communicate clearly with other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

on the Production Team. The successful individual in this role will play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow by managing the movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping Departments.
This position is responsible for both the physical handling and clerical processing of materials, ensuring the timely delivery of components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the reallocation of materials in response to internal change orders or customer-driven modifications.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday at Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month-end and year-end physical inventory counts and audits.
Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for handling electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and accessories.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent follow-through skills.
Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Dependable and positive with a team-oriented attitude.

The material handler is responsible for distributing the necessary materials to the appropriate locations, i.e. customers, vendors and drivers. This may include pulling inventory and moving stock and other materials to fulfill orders, and unloading product deliveries by pulling them off of trucks and putting them on shelves.
Essential functions
Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and manufacturing areas.
Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory.
Inspect product and sanitize and get ready for sale.
