Your Experience and Qualifications
HS Diploma or demonstrated experience, post HS education highly desirable but experience and learned knowledge may be substituted and considered in place of formal education.
Strong leader and excellent communicator
2+ years of progressively responsible or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid grasp of manufacturing concepts, methods, and manufacturing techniques to include but not limited to: Assembly, welding, machining, painting, and other related manufacturing methods.
Prior experience in lean, flow-through manufacturing a plus. .
Knowledge in use of SAP or other related ERP application software preferred.

Your Mission
Responsible for moving, storing and handling of all materials required to support two production facilities
Responsible for all shipping and receiving related tasks including paperwork and physical loading/unloading
Transport of materials within the warehouse and to production facilities
Ensures proper placement of materials into storage locations physically and systematically
Completes routine cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Process production work orders and delivery of materials to production floor
Ability to process and escalate material shortages, expired material
Documents and maintains all movements, orders and transactions
Prepares and completes storage for all in house made materials

Understands and implements FIFO and lean principles

Job Description
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has immediate openings for Forklift Operators in Decatur, IL. Pay is $18-19hr and this is a fulltime position.
Overall Purpose
Ensure Quality services and provide Forklift support for all missions assigned to their site
Reports to
Site Supervisor/Site Leads
Responsibilities
(To include but not limited to the following)
Client Relationship & Business Development
Transporting materials to different locations within the facility to ensure operational efficiency
Operations
Must perform circle check/walk around on forklift at the beginning of every shift.
Verifies that trucks have been properly secured.
Perform a Blind Tally using a lumberman's count on inbound and outbound shipments, when required.
May band/Strap product and verify material is ready for shipment.
Remove any old placards.
Return/manage dunnage.
Remove skids/containers.
Verify quantities on labels. If a quantity has been changed, record it on the tally.
Re-count if a variance is discovered.
Verify appropriate placarding and markings on all outgoing shipments.
Make sure the warehouse is organized and that the next load is staged and ready for shipment.
Work as an inspector when required.
Complies with relevant local Health and Safety legislation.
Supports company Health and Safety Policies.

Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
