Position Summary:
Completes various material handling functions such as put-away, replenishment, selection, loading, cycle-counting and other duties to support the operation as assigned while ensuring safety, quality and performance goals are achieved on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
Use material handling equipment to ensure merchandise is placed in its properly assigned location as soon as possible
Select and load orders while verifying the SKU with the product and completing all transactions through radio frequency process
Support the replenishing function for the shipping area into the pick lines
Support Operations with Cycle-Count responsibilities; perform rework and return goods duties as assigned
Ensure lost product and damages are processed on a nightly basis; verify all quantities on system transactions
Willingness to partner, collaborate with other associates, and take on additional duties and projects as needed with a positive attitude
Knowledge and Experience:
Two to Four (2-4) years of related work experience
Computer literacy
Forklift operator certification/authorization required. Must be able to operate all types of material handling equipment in the facility.

Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Position Summary
Bulk Shipping Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently loading bulk customer trucks and completing documentation for these orders shipping from the facility with adherence to all company procedures and customer expectations and helping to maintain a showcase facility at all times. Employee is responsible for maintaining compliance with Huber's Sustainability Management System within his/her sphere of influence. This may or may not include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as required.
Hours for this role will be Monday - Friday, 2-10p. There will be a required weekend day every 7 weeks.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Load customer bulk trucks with strict adherence to company procedures and customer specifications and expectations. This includes following safety and sampling procedures during the loading process.
2. Completes orders/bill of ladings for shipments using the ERP system (e.g., Oracle) or virtual terminal and ensures all documentation is correct before shipment is complete.
3. Operate the scale house and perform all duties including signing in and out of truck drivers, record truck loading and times on spreadsheets, and scan shipping documents onto the shared drive.
4. Assist with truck management through electronic system (e.g., TMS) and improvement initiatives.
5. Assist Logistic/Customer Service/Quality with the proper handling of order fulfillment paperwork (e.g., bill of lading and certificate of analysis to the correct customer and location).
6. Assess and document all returned goods and complete any necessary paperwork.
7. Perform and document pre-shift inspections on equipment.
8. Perform area workplace examinations each shift.
9. Operate bobcat, mobile sweeper, water truck, and forklift as needed.
10. Work with cross functional teams and be flexible in duties as priorities change.
11. Maintain work area and perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe condition.
12. Actively participate in continuous improvement program.
13. Perform other duties as trained and assigned.

Position Summary:
Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.
Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF device
Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists at the beginning of the shift for powered industrial vehicles, notifying the team leader/supervisor of any equipment problems immediately, wearing all required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping and execution of standard work
Report any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediately
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibility and/or support as assigned
Knowledge and Experience:
One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse setting
Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written
Forklift operator authorization required and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights)
Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations
Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling. Working knowledge of all hazardous shipping rules and regulations
Willingness to work and to follow instructions
Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation
Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.
Willingness to partner, collaborate with teammates, and take on additional duties and projects as needed

Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
* Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
* Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
* Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
* Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
* Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
* Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
* Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
* Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
* Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
* Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
* Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
* Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
* Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
* Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
* Complete required, annual safety training
* Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
* Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
* Travel may be required
* May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
* 1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
* Moderate computer knowledge and skills, including (but not limited to) operating systems, flash drives and memory cards
* Familiarity with inserting hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to conduct complex sorting, apply filters, and use different views on spreadsheets and databases
* Forklift certification
* Able to operate large forklift up to 40,000 pounds
* Strong team player attitude; maintaining flexibility within the changing business priorities
* Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.26 to $28.51. Employees may be eligible for overtime.
