As a **Warehouse Worker Lead** you will run the necessary reports to properly account for the releasable orders in the Order Management system. You will provide technical expertise and timely processing of all transactions and team interaction as it pertains to Inventory Accuracy. Distribution Center shipping to all points will flow through and be monitored by this position. All open orders and Inter-Company transfers for each day are to be reconciled for the output of the manufacturing operation IBU's. Provides communication, direction and proactive attention to the inventory accuracy processes and provides support and guidance to the system end users. All interactions with fellow team members are to be aligned with the work performed on soft skills, team building, communication, feedback and resolution as it pertains to the site.
**What you will do:**
+ Respond to inquiries from Order Management dealing with demand for the IBU.
+ Respond to notifications for order modification.
+ Enter unit transfers will be used to replenish the 3PL and other business unit requirements.
+ Systematically forward production output to the appropriate IBU.
+ Reconcile all orders that have been released to ship at each IBU in system.
+ Reconcile all MSR's that are open for shipment to other IBU's.
+ Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives being done around best practices.
+ Support teams with collaborative plans to improve the flow of materials.
+ Participate in testing process for system updates and upgrades.
+ Participate in daily huddles, communicate trends and training issues and improvements.

About the Role
How you will contribute
As a forklift driver you will be responsible for unloading/loading automotive parts from trucks and bulk containers. You will be lifting parts that come in bins, racks, and pallets and be responsible to put them on appropriate shelves in the warehouse.
* Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
* Working in a fast-paced environment you may use certain types of equipment such as stand up forklift, sit down fork lift, pallet jack or tugger to transport product to and from production lines and to load and unload trailers.
* Work in a traditional warehousing type environment responsible for navigating narrow aisle ways and are expected to execute precise routes throughout the warehouse involving driving backward and making sharp turns.
* Utilize scanners to accurately store and transport parts to storage areas and production according to standard work instructions.
* Organizing facility or warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Your Key Qualifications
* Prior forklift certification preferred.
* 6 months or more experience driving forklift.
* Ability to perform repetitive duties like getting on and off the fork lift many times within the designated parameters of standard hours.
* Ability to work safely in a safe environment; without risk to health or safety, or the health and safety of others.
* Ability to communicate and work in a cooperative manner with all employees.
* Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
