Job DescriptionSalary: Warehouse Stock Clerk Ensures meticulous control of parts inventory and facilitates efficient parts ordering for customer needs. Responsibilities: Scan all parts that come in each day and facilitate putting them up. Assist in shipping and receiving by unpacking and packing boxes; organize parts on shelves. Unload trucks, inspect shipments for damage, and process returns as needed. Conduct physical counts of parts and supplies for cycle inventory. Notify Parts Manager of stock-outs and low stock issues based on inventory system data or visual inspection. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Stock and record incoming orders. Help get wholesale truck ready each day by pulling orders. Cleaning and organizing upstairs and downstairs Skills and Knowledge Required: Excellent oral communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Proficient in general computer database usage. Basic understanding of inventory management, mathematics, and effective communication. Strong attention to detail. Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid state drivers license required. Prior experience in parts management preferred.
