Responsibilities

* Cleans, checks, and inspects all merchandise before taking it to the showroom or releasing it for customer P/U for OUTLET Stores or when applicable.
* Handles all Inventory Control and Customer Load Outs for OUTLET Stores (or anywhere when applicable)
* Assists in maintaining store security and safety.
* Learns and complies with the company's loss prevention program by working in a safe manner; identifies, reports, and resolves unsafe conditions that may result in property damage or personal injury.
* Assists with customer P/U (where applicable) and unloads DC merchandise. Un-boxes merchandise. Sets up, displays, cleans, touches-up, repairs, refurbishes, tests/checks returned products,

Qualifications
* High school diploma / GED.
* Six months retail customer service, staff supervision, and delivery experience.
* Ability to read maps, shipping / packing documents and assembly instructions.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management and personnel by telephone, or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective time management skills.
* Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.

Prior to signing out equipment performs operations and safety check, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
Proceeds safely to assigned area to pull, load and move boxes.
Warehouse maintenance
Make pickups and deliveries.
Vehicle maintenance
Other duties as assigned.
At the end of each day, return equipment to the correct charging station, and prepares equipment for daily (overnight) charge.

Qualifications

Work well under time constraints and productivity requirements.
Willing to follow established procedures yet be creative to offer suggestions for improvements.
Willing to perform tasks at significant heights (12-14 ft.)
Ability to use handheld computer, electric pickers, drive van and box truck.
Flexibility to accept different work hours and assignments.
Willingness to work overtime.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for transporting product via electric pallet jack. This job requires that employees carry different loads when needed and help out in other areas when necessary. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Check specified labels of products to verify right content on boxes.
Take product from one location to another location when needed.
Assist in helping others as needed.
Needs to get certified before using any kind of driving equipment.
Frequently lifts up to 40lbs and occasionally lifts up to 70 lbs.
Walks throughout the facility frequently. Distance can range from 1 to several miles per day. Must be able to stand on their feet and walk around for long periods of time.
Must have good visual skills including the ability to see and distinguish colors. Constantly subject to extremely wet and cold environments as well as wet and hot environments.
Frequently talks and receives information from line leaders and Supervisors.
Frequently uses both hands and fingers/hand manipulation skills to inspect the product and handle boxes.
Frequently works around loud equipment requiring ear protection.
Frequently works around hanging and moving equipment requiring bump cap for protection.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to comprehend some English.
Must be able to count and understand numbers.

Must be flexible and willing to work in various functions
Schedule flexibility is required. Must be able to work any time.
