As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the tire warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving tires off a delivery truck, stack and strap tires together for inventory, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload tires from delivery trucks, inspect for damage, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
Inventory Management: Stack and strap tires on a conveyor belt line for inventory.
Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Lifting up to 80+lbs. for 8-10 hours.
Repetitive heavy lifting.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items (80+lbs), and stand or walk for extended periods.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Safety Mindset: Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation.
