Material Handler in Distribution will need to perform tasks to process inbound receipts and fill orders for internal/external customers, insuring there are accurate inventories in stock and that quality products are delivered for customer use. Required to perform and accurately complete a variety of administrative tasks including matching, verifying, documentation completion, collection and input of data and maintaining inventory accuracy, with the use of computers, PC's and mobile devices to accomplish the tasks.
Utilize motorized equipment to complete the physical transfer of material to and from various locations throughout the entire Ft. Collins site.
Motorized equipment used in the process includes; Stand-up and Sit-down Forklifts, Delivery carts, Electric Pallet Jacks and tuggers.
A Material Handler will also be required to work with the Chemical support Team to replenish chemical supply systems in support of manufacturing chemical lockers and Bulk systems.
Works on assignments which require planning and judgment
Good writing skills for updating procedures and creating step actions
Knowledgeable with all types of deliveries and receiving for chemicals, targets, wafers and misc. packages/material
Delivers own output under limited supervision
Makes minor changes and checks for problems in existing techniques, procedures, services
or products
Coordinates activities with other team members

C Shift (nights) 6PM - 6:15 AM Sunday thru Tuesday and Every-other Wednesday
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to use arithmetic including decimals, fractions, percentages and math formulas
Successfully complete and pass a written test that will include math and reading comprehension
Ability to use calculator, PC, and required computer programs
Must be proficient with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel
Must successfully complete and pass a practical test of skills in computer skills
Adhere to safety requirements necessary to manage all chemical and gas receiving, storage, and deliveries to/for the Semiconductor fab usage.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and to write messages, documentation and procedures
Ability to communicate with customers and partners verbally and follow verbal instructions
Ability to collect and enter data into computer terminals and manually maintained records
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and schedule tasks independently
Skilled in communicating with departments internal to the Division, other Divisions, outside suppliers and contractors
Able to work in a Team environment and exhibit behaviors conducive to a proactive, positive environment to be free of allergies to industrial chemicals
Able to lift material per entity specified and approved limits.
Able to distinguish between different colors
Required to work schedule as assigned by manager

Versatile in several areas within Distribution (Stores, Corporate/Chemical yard, Dock 1 and Dock 2.)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $19.50 - $23.00 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
In order to operate our trucks, you will need a valid driver's license and a clean driving history. A CDL endorsement is not currently required.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the physical and system-level control of all raw materials, WIP transactions, and finished goods within the Manufacturing branch. Production Order Material Issuance (Critical Function)
Receive pick tickets from the Production Manager.

Issue materials in Epicor P21 directly to the correct production order.
Deliver materials to the appropriate work center or staging area.
Ensure all material issues are transacted to support accurate:
WIP costing
Expected vs. recognized revenue reporting
Production Order Completion
Receive completed production orders from Manufacturing.
Verify quantities and completion status.
Receive finished goods into inventory in Epicor P21.
Ensure proper inventory location and status assignment.
Shipping, Sales Order Issuance & Invoicing Support
Issue completed production orders from inventory to the corresponding Sales Order.
Create and process packing slips in Epicor P21.
Coordinate shipment documentation.
Submit completed packing slips and required paperwork to Accounts Receivable to trigger invoicing.
Ensure transaction timing supports correct revenue recognition

** Material Handler - 2nd Shift **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. **Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour **Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **2nd Shift Material Handler** for our client, to support their manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for refilling material bins, moving materials between production cells and buildings, and accurately tracking inventory both physically and within our ERP system. The ideal candidate can work independently, is comfortable with computers, and has prior experience in material handling, receiving, or order fulfillment.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Refill material bins as requested by cell operators
+ Move raw and finished materials between production cells and between two buildings
+ Transport finished goods from production cells to Order Fulfillment
+ Restock cells with raw components
+ Perform cycle counts of raw materials
+ Accurately move and track materials within the ERP system
+ Potentially oversee inventory accuracy for assigned locations
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience in material handling, receiving, and/or order fulfillment preferred
+ Strong aptitude for counting individual parts accurately
+ Understanding or background in material handling processes
+ Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability and confidence to learn and navigate an ERP system ( ERP training provided)
+ Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
+ Excellent attention to detail, focus, reliability, and **attendance**
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
+ Availability to work Saturdays when needed
