Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Prepares packages and orders for international shipping
Prepares specialized and sensitive shipments Assists in receiving and counting cosmetic items
Determines quantity needed to ensure accurate inventory levels, and selects appropriate product from the Receiving area
Stacks bundles of cartons to be sealed, adjusts machine settings according to box sizes, and stacks boxes on pallets
Selects appropriate carton size for order, and applies shipping label onto proper carton Scans labels on packages, and selects items from line to accurately complete orders
Places items in appropriate packing material for safe delivery, and confirms that appropriate items were selected Selects appropriate packing materials, and secures items in box for safe delivery
Receives packing slips, and correctly places packing slips in proper packages
Folds carton flaps into place, and guides package through tape machine for proper sealing
Safely operates machinery and provides preventive maintenance
Performs general cleaning duties to ensure safe workplace Performs weekly cycle counts to accurately verify quantity and placement of items Correctly assembles product and literature kits according to Bills of Materials
Records the quantity of daily kits, and submits to supervisor
Complies with company policies and procedures
Performs other warehouse duties as needed Addresses employee or customer concerns and/or elevates to the Management team
Supports the Company s Safety Programs
Acts as an ambassador and champion of the company culture, ethics, and values
Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Market America.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma, required or equivalent
Experience in working with various levels of employees with different educational backgrounds, work style habits and employment histories
Computer/Communication Skills:
Moderate levels in reading comprehension, writing, and speaking in English; and attention to detail

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Position Summary:
