Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for delivery. Operate forklifts, PIV's, or other warehouse equipment as needed. Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed and maintained. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience in mechanical assembly and/or warehouse operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in forklift, PIV, and hoist operation, but will provide training. Experience with ERP or inventory management software. Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures. Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
