Summary:

Pay: $15.50- $17.50 / hour depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM- 2:30PM with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities
* Receive, pull, stock, pack, ship and refurbish products.
* Inspect and clean all product for quality standards. This may be done by hand or by equipment that is available
* Maintain high quality standards of product and work.
* Report low stock levels of product.
* Stock product in designated area and maintain the area in a safe and organized condition.
* Double check orders to ensure accuracy.
* Properly maintain and care for all CORT equipment.
* Perform safety and equipment checks and practice safe work habits including daily warm up exercises.
* Properly complete all CORT paperwork in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
* Reliable transportation
* High school diploma or GED; or 3 months related warehouse experience and/or training
* Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts
* Ability to lift 25-50+ pounds on a regular basis
* Previous experience in a warehouse, housekeeping, laundry, or with dishwashing preferred.

The Team Members We're Looking For...
In this role, you will develop skills in warehouse operations related to both production and vendor products. This includes:
Working the main receiving dock and managing the final disposition of products.
Receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials.
Distribution of finished goods.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Receiving, identifying, and verifying incoming materials from production and/or outside vendors, and storing them in appropriate locations according to specifications and department guidelines.
Distributing and/or storing items per department guidelines and specifications.
Accurately processing and maintaining all related documentation, both via PC and handwritten.
Utilizing appropriate material handling equipment to load and/or unload truckload carriers as per specifications.
Preparing orders for shipment according to instructions and specifications, including pallet labeling, consolidation, or stretch wrapping.
Maintaining inventory as per department guidelines.
Responding to all inter-company requests for materials and material counts, serving as a resource for team members and others in resolving related issues and problems.
As a member of a production support team, training, assisting, and supporting other team members in problem-solving and achieving department goals.
Continuously reviewing current processes and seeking improvement methods to enhance product/process quality, reduce waste, rework, and unnecessary work that does not add value.
Performing general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within the department/group and assisting other areas as required.
Assisting and supporting in other job functions within the process or other company processes within scope and ability, based on business needs.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
A High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated proficiency in performing basic math calculations, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Legible handwriting.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE * The Operator's primary duties will be: * Barrel Handling Including: * Loading & Unloading barrels that are full or empty * Quality Control inspection of barrels prior to refill * Minor Barrel repair
* Filling and emptying of horizontal or vertical barrels
* Safe storing & inventory of barrels in various warehouse types (including palletized and ricked)
* Transporting barrels in company vehicles (Semi Box Van, Forklift, etc) around the company property
* Operating pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electric barrel equipment.
* First Level Maintenance Including:
* Maintaining barreling and warehouse equipment (i.e. CIL Clean Inspect Lubricate)
* Performing sanitation & housekeeping of all areas of responsibility.
* The Operator will also be expected to perform the following functions as needed:
* Spotting trailers around the property using semi/spotter truck
* Actively participating in inventory updates and cycle counts
* Sampling of aging barrels as requested by Blender Group
* Supporting the completion of relevant shipping paperwork (BOL, TIB, etc)
