RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate a forklift * Follow written instructions * Operation of general hand tools * Clean interior and exterior of spas * Install aftermarket accessories * All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality * Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell * Pull and load show spas and POS material * Minor trailer maintenance * Assist Warranty team when needed * Assist Sales team when needed * Spa repair both major and minor * Work with local delivery team when needed * General house keeping * Data entry REQUIREMENTS * Ability to read, analyze, interpret common customer information * Ability to read service manuals * Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers. * Must be able to lift 50lbs * Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications * Pass a forklift operations program. BONUS SKILLS WE PREFER * Experience in Pools and Spa repairs * Experience in Electrical * Mechanically inclined * Valid Drivers * Clean Driving record * Ability to work in hot temperatures ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THIS ROLE * Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30a-3pm * Travel: N/A * Work Location: Phoenix Service Center * Reporting: This position reports to Retail Service and Delivery Manager * Benefits: Low deductibles, Low out-of-pocket premiums, effective after 30 days
