Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanicaldesign and new product development using Creo (mandatory).
Manage design data, revisions, and documentation using Windchill (mandatory).

Support vehicle integration, including hydraulic and electrical routing.

MPC will provide training and educational opportunities to help you develop your knowledge of other engineering disciplines. Reliability Engineers support the refinery's Maintenance Department through design and development of equipment related improvements. Such improvements include root cause failure analysis, optimization of maintenance programs in rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.), and troubleshooting fixed equipment (refinery pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, etc.). Reliability Engineers will also be continuously challenged to find new technology in design, materials and repair methods to achieve refinery goals of longer running times at lower costs.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems.
Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operations.
Oversee implementation of shop floor improvement projects and document progress.
Support the introduction of new products and processes into production (NPI).
Prepare and maintain documentation including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in MechanicalEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, or FMEA.
Experience with automation or CNC machining a plus.
Experience in Welding and Fabrication processes a plus.
The base salary range for this role is $76,100 to $114,200. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
