Comprehensive working knowledge of machine tool manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools, including their application in precision machining and production environments. Proven proficiency in utilizing advanced design software such as Unigraphics, SolidWorks, CAD, and other related applications to create detailed models, drawings, and engineering designs that meet project specifications. Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, engineering specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of designs and adherence to quality standards. Experienced in performing advanced mathematical calculations, including trigonometry, algebra, and statistical analysis, to support engineering and manufacturing processes. Demonstrated analytical skills in problem-solving, data interpretation, and process optimization to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word for documentation, Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for professional presentations, and web-based systems for workflow management and collaboration.
