Overview of the position:
At Clark Pacific, the Project Engineer is a position that facilitates the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Initial activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including, but not limited to: Submittal drawings (floor plans, elevations, material specifications, connection details, Reinforcing details, General panel details, Design approvals, Reinforcement drawings, and Miscellaneous metal drawings.
Manufacturing-related activities pertaining to the Production Phase, including, but not limited to: Providing complete shop drawings (panel elements, structural elements, formwork, form change studies, Birdseye, stripping and yard handling studies to facilitate manufacturing, Ensuring purchasing of all required materials and forms, Design lifting hardware, loops, rigging, brackets, and inserts for stripping and handling forces, Provide and maintain a casting schedule, Perform quality checks, and Engage in start-up meetings with manufacturing, and remain engaged throughout each project's life cycle.

Job Description:
* Provide technical support to key customers in base station/ broadcasting/ Microwave RF Power areas both OEM accounts and distribution channel.
* Design and optimize high performance RF Power amplifier device/turnkey solution, help to debug and fine tuning customers' design inside lab to meet customer expectation.
* Design and optimize high performance RF Power amplifier demo board/turnkey solution, help to debug and fine tuning customers' design inside lab to meet customer expectation.
* Work with device design team to design or optimize evaluation circuit to initiate meaningful design-in opportunity in key customers or verify the feasibility on innovation concept.
* Manage the account on technical interface. Build and maintain relationships with development crews at customer sites.
* Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from tech. point of view.
* Technically drive marketing activities, including seminar/exhibition/conference, collect market feedback and give suggestions to Product Line on NPD.
* Manage lab facilities like DPD system/Loadpull system etc.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor/master's degree in electronic engineering with the focus on RF.
* 5+ years experiences in RF design or applications, experience in high power amplifier is preferred.
* Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
* Expert on the design of high-power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications.
* Highly knowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems, familiar with simulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum.
* Highly knowledgeable on the physics of device operation.
* Good understanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such as digital pre-distortion and Doherty.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Have a proactive, implementation-focused approach.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Position Summary:
The Principal MechanicalEngineer will serve as a technical leader and Engineer of Record (EOR) for mechanical systems on complex data center projects.
