MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - INJECTION MOLD DESIGN
Dynomax is a full-service injection molder in the aerospace and defense industries. We perform all mold building, injection molding, automation, maintenance and repair in-house, which enables us to control the entire process for exceptional quality assurance. We have an opportunity available for a Manufacturing Engineer, who will be responsible for design and life cycle management of injection molding tools for the production of electrical components.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
Review and quote new mold tool requests
Design injection molds for new parts to customer print and specifications
Participate in design reviews, ensuring that injection molds can produce parts that meet customer requirements while designing for manufacturability
Establish tool maintenance metrics, assess damaged or broken mold tools, and design repairs of mold tools
Design and development engineering layouts, drawings, and documentation for components, assemblies, and subassemblies using CAD system (Solidworks)
Utilize ERP system (Epicor) to create Methods of Manufacture (MOM) and routing packets
Track inventory of tooling components, including blank blocks, core pins, etc and ensure necessary parts are stocked
In a Continuous Improvement environment, recommend design standard updates and recommend improvements to processes
Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Plastics Engineering degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in mold design within an injection molding environment
Knowledge of mold assembly and its effects on processing capabilities
Knowledge of engineering grade materials including thermosets, thermoplastics, silicone, PEEK, Teflon
Experience with CAD Software (Solidworks preferred)

Basic Requirements:
Education:

Minimum of 3 years industry experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is required. Both software packages are used and the candidate must have a good working knowledge of each. Experience working with Autodesk Vault is also preferred.

The Mechanical Systems Engineer (MSE) requires knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, potable water plumbing components, controls, assembly, and fabrication of Intellihot products. This position will provide system level technical support to customers and dealer/contractor network personnel to troubleshoot and resolve product performance issues.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide system level technical support to customers and dealer/contractor network personnel via phone/email.
Be an expert to analyze the connected Intellihot products and offer technical support to resolve issues.
Evaluate and escalate cases to team lead as needed.
Participate in periodic training sessions when needed.
Recommend changes to the team lead based on field issue cases you deal with to improve product quality and resolve various ongoing problems.
Recommends improvements to technical service documents, manuals, troubleshooting guides, and startup procedures.
Assist with sizing and applications requests if needed.
Participate in weeknight/weekend/holiday after hours call rotation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Job Requirements
Education Requirement: BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
Excellent “hands-on” approach to problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Windows OS, iOS and Android.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Overview
As a Senior Engineer - Threat Modeling you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. This position entails an individual contributor role focused on Security Architecture and Threat Modeling, encompassing governance, evaluation of public cloud services, and conducting security reviews for Public Cloud Providers. Collaboration and partnership with Engineering, Information Security, Program Management, and Development teams are essential. The candidate will conduct technical architecture reviews to pinpoint security opportunities, identify exploitable threats, and propose mitigation strategies. Your Impact: Conduct thorough threat modeling exercises utilizing established methodologies and frameworks. Maintain a rigorous standard of excellence in identifying potential threats and specifying effective mitigation controls. Manage the lifecycle of identified threats and associated controls, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as necessary. Qualifications

We have an opportunity available for a Process & Tooling Engineer, who will act as liaison between Mold Design, Tool Room, and Production Departments.
Process & Tooling Engineer Responsibilities:
Develop and modify process parameters for injection molding of electrical components
Coordinate activities with tooling engineers, toolroom staff, and production technicians
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of non-comformances where engineering support is required
Establish and document Methods of Manufacturing (MoM) incorporating key notes and details needed for repeat production, including set up and processing parameters
Ensurethat engineering documentation is appropriately maintained and controlled
Sample new molds to produce parts for engineering validation
Troubleshoot critical jobs throughout the production run
Provide and implement ideas to improve the efficiency of the Molding Department
Record and update all processes after ensuring all key areas are correct, including mold protection
Experience with CAD Software (Solidworks preferred)
Process & Tooling Engineer Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Plastics Engineering degree preferred
Minimum of 10years experience in production support within an injection molding environment
Knowledge of mold assembly and its effects on processing capabilities
Firm understanding of the scientific injection molding process and tool design
Advanced level of mold setting and injection mold processing knowledge
Knowledge of raw materials and their processing characteristics
