CNC Swiss Machine Operators: 2nd Shift

Job Description
Tylok is now hiring qualified CNC Swiss Machine Operators for 2nd shift to work on our brand new Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes. Must have experience working with Swiss Machines. Located in the northeast corner of Euclid, OH, Tylok is now in its 69th year, still family-owned and operated. Join our fantastic team!
Job duties include:
Setup and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes
Perform a variety of activities with only a normal level of supervision
Monitor equipment for proper operation
Inspect first pieces and obtain approval from designated person before commencing production
Inspect parts during run according to established procedures/functional specifications/aesthetic specifications/customer requirements
Use common gages (calipers, micrometers, thread gages, depth micrometers, etc.)
Make general decisions regarding quality, tolerances, and sequence of operations
Identify and resolve routine (and some non-routine) issues through effective troubleshooting
Complete secondary operations as required or instructed
Perform daily maintenance checks on all equipment operated
Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials
Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision
Communicate effectively with internal company partners (co-workers, internal customers, etc.) when performing assigned tasks
Keep the supervisor aware in a timely manner of any issues needing the supervisor's involvement
Maintain timely and accurate records and reports, as required
Observe good housekeeping and safety habits
Support change and company/departmental goals through actions and behavior
Perform assignments in a timely and efficient manner while meeting customer quality expectations

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Machine Operator with CNC experience
3rd shift - 11:00pm - 7AM
Pay is $18 -$19 a hour
Monday - Friday - some Saturdays during busy season
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
