Will be working on CNC cutting grinders (Studer Grinding Machine) and abrasive Wheel Grinders. Each machine has a computer attached to it. Will load the materials on to a tray that will then be placed into the autoloader. Working of off a job traveler (instructions) and input the correct data into the computer so that the job is ran correctly. Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure all parts are being produced correctly. Will be doing basic visual inspections of for defects, use of micrometers/calipers to check part dimensions. Will also be smoothing out the edges on the finished tools on the abrasive wheel grinder.
