Some of the specific duties are listed below: Market, present, and sell our platform of consulting and underwriting services, especially Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) Communicate client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meet or exceed our client's expectations Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA. Conduct needs assessments with Broker partner to determine the most suitable product for clients Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options Expand broker relationships to support additional client referrals to generate more sales opportunities Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations.
