About the Role
The Executive Administrative Assistant is an individual contributor and is responsible for providing administrative support to company's Head of Investor Relations and members of company's Senior Leadership Team. Regularly executes administrative policies as determined and directed by company officials. Works collaboratively with the Company's other executive administrative staff.
Compensation: The hourly range for this role is $22.00 - $26.00. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Arranges and coordinates complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, schedules appointments and maintains calendars for Head of Investor Relations and Senior Leadership Team.
Coordinates public earnings call logistics with external Investor Relations vendor as well as various post-earnings activities and deliverables, including scheduling follow-up calls with sell-side analysts and investors/shareholders.
Drafts routine memos and basic press releases.
Syncs Investor Relations activities and initiatives with all other company departments.
Acts a point of contact for company's Board of Directors and prepares and distributes information to Board on both a quarterly and annual basis, including periodic issuances of equity awards.
Assists Head of Investor Relations in the preparation of and monitors annual Investor Relations budget.
Reviews, codes and seeks approval for all Investor Relations invoices.
Answers the telephone, responds to telephone and email inquiries and/or directs calls and emails accordingly. Documents and maintains processes and procedures for managing routine office tasks.
Assembles Investor Relations information packages and coordinates other Investor Relations activities and mailings, as required.
Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records.
Creates and maintains various spreadsheet files.

The Master Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of enterprise data across multiple domains including suppliers, customers, products, financial systems, and reporting platforms. Business Insight and Problem Solving
Model marketing performance, forecast demand, and evaluate marketing program effectiveness. Develop predictive models and advanced analytical frameworks to identify leading indicators of performance, churn, and efficiency.
Lead complex, deep dive analyses to uncover drivers of business performance that intersect with marketing (e.g., “Why is call volume down in this market?” or “What's driving a change in consumer oil change frequency?”)
Synthesize insights across Marketing, Operations, Merchandising and from customer data to recommend specific marketing actions.
Lead the design of marketing tests grounded in sound methodology including control group selection, attribution modeling, and statistical validation to translate test outcomes into clear business learnings and scalable marketing strategies.

Develop and evolve marketing attribution frameworks and reporting that connect campaign activity to sales outcomes, enabling clear visibility into marketing effectiveness and ROI across marketing channels.
Validate, refine, and enhance existing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models including segmentation and propensity models to improve accuracy and impact on marketing strategy, execution and investment decisions. Partner with third party agencies on effective model use.
Represent Marketing in ongoing efforts with IT and other business groups to define and evolve Monro's data strategy including identifying data source gaps that could improve measurement and diagnosis of marketing and business performance.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
8-10+ years in business analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Background in automotive services, retail operations, or related multi-location businesses. Automotive strongly preferred but will consider the right candidate with other category experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Act as the senior “translator” between marketing data and the business to frame analytical findings in terms of business impact, risk, and opportunity.
Help drive analytical rigor in marketing decision making.

Job Description
The Internal Auditor completes Sarbanes-Oxley testing at the Store Support Center and stores to assess control operating effectiveness and to develop improvement recommendations whenever possible. The Internal Auditor also assists in completing operational audit work and other risk-based projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong desire to improve the internal control structure and operational effectiveness, and the unique ability to learn to connect this work to Monro's objectives.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level
Essential Functions:
Complete assigned Sarbanes-Oxley testing and incorporate self-review procedures to ensure quality of work
Document audit work and results of testing thoroughly and accurately to support audit conclusions. Requires good referencing and workpaper preparation skills.
Determine the cause of audit exceptions and remediate deficiencies
Assess the adequacy and operating effectiveness of internal controls
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
Perform site audits at stores in accordance with the annual audit plan
Assist with other projects as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Management Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Peer review of audit workpapers may be required.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance degree with a minor in Accounting.
1 to 3 years direct relevant experience preferred (public accounting, public company, or Sarbanes-Oxley compliance)
Knowledge & Skills:
Possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal audit principles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy engaging self-review techniques
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet established deadlines

Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Demand and Inventory Planning & Management is responsible for leading the organization's end-to-end inventory planning and management processes, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization and replenishment for all product categories and across Monro's fleet of more than 1,100 stores. This role plays a critical role in aligning inventory investments with customer demand and financial targets, leveraging data, systems and partnerships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve inventory availability, reduce inventory risk and drive profitability and GMROI. The Sr. Manager, Demand and Inventory Planning is responsible for managing the health and positioning of inventory across the enterprise, including identifying and mitigating inventory obsolescence risk, excess inventory and ensuring appropriate inventory levels at the SKU-Location level. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising and Category Management teams, Marketing, IT, Finance to drive a high-performance inventory planning and management function that scales with the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Own and lead the end-to-end demand planning process across key categories, partnering with Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Lead monthly 3-way forecast collaboration sessions with key suppliers and distribution partners to ensure alignment to demand expectations and inventory needs across the entire supply chain.
Build and maintain statistical forecasting models, adjusting for market trends, promotions, seasonality, and lifecycle status.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Partner with Finance to ensure alignment of demand and sales expectations to financial plans and forecasts, as well as overall business performance objectives.
Translate demand plans into rolling 12-month inventory and purchase forecasts, and provide forecasts to key supplier and distribution partners, as well as to internal Merchandising and Category Management teams, Finance and Senior Leadership.
Inventory Management
Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize service levels, inventory turns, and GMROI.
Oversee item-level replenishment strategies and safety stock parameters, adjusting dynamically based on performance and risk.
Manage inventory targets for key SKUs and categories, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy and store execution capabilities and capacities.
Identify and pursue opportunities for inventory rebalancing, repositioning and returns to continually drive inventory efficiency
Analytics & Reporting
Build and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and exception-based reporting to measure and improve forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, inventory health, and supplier performance to plans.
Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in demand patterns and inventory position.
Present clear, actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders to guide decision-making and improve performance.
Ensure suppliers and distribution partners are providing accurate and timely reporting on inventory availability and outlook; work with suppliers and distribution partners to mitigate inventory availability risks via substitution, alternate sourcing, backorder prioritization and management, inventory reservation, etc…
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Category Managers, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to align planning assumptions and timelines.
Act as a key liaison between merchandising and supply chain to ensure continuity of supply and timely flow of goods.
Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) discussions and alignment meetings as needed.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of Purchasing & Replenishment Specialists, providing coaching, training, and career development support.
Manage both onshore and offshore resources effectively, promoting collaboration and accountability across geographies.
Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or a related field; MBA or APICS certification preferred
6+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment

About the Role:
The Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Salary Range: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour - Based on experience.

Responsibilities
Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
Consistently complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs; Audit courtesy inspections performed by the General Service Technicians
Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro's safety standards including but not limited to Monro's Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures
Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro's Road Test policy, including consistently utilizing our dedicated test drive routes, while maintaining all local traffic and safety laws
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.
Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.

About the Role:
The Store Manager position is a salaried role. The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store to include General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for providing the day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. This position supports Monro's vision to be America's leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by our guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires by promoting products and services to guests.
Salary Range: The range for this role is from $55,000 - $75,000 This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities:
Develop sales and technical teammates to produce a consistent 5-star Guest experience.
Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans, thorough knowledge of services and products and the automotive industry.
Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Support teammates in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and guest services.
Provide direction and oversight to other technicians and assist where needed with services/repairs.
Ensure the store is effectively staffed by managing the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, performance management, and development of teammates.
Ensure expense control through the management of payroll, telephone usage, store maintenance and repairs, supplies, utilities, and other controllable expenses.
Responsible for inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Audit courtesy inspections performed by teammates.
Ensure store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Schedule guest appointments and assign teammates according to their skill level for efficient and timely completion of vehicle services/repairs.
Achieve Monro's sales goals by properly informing and recommending tire and service products and sales promotions.
Attend to all guest needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
Build guest relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Assist teammates in conveying repair and service needs to guests.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes, and ASNI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.
Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned and required.

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management.

Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.

The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro or General Service Tech as we call it, is an entry level Automotive Technician position and a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive mechanic training program, covering all aspects of your new role. As a General Service Technician, you will be an essential team member, performing maintenance services on Guest vehicles. More importantly, you will be part of a team working together to deliver 5 Star Guest experiences, while using your technician skills to take care of people, their cars and ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation.
Salary Range: Up to $17.00 per hour - Based on experience.

Responsibilities
Keyholder Duties include but not limited to
Supervision of shop while Store Manager is not working
Running end of day paperwork / cash handling
Acting as assistant to the store manager in their duties and responsibilities
Mechanic duties include changing, mounting, and installing tires
Wheel removal, tire repair and balance, tire patch/plug repairs
Quick lube type duties such as lubrication and oil change
Inspect and rotate tires
Basic automotive maintenance work such as battery installation
We will train you to do alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance services

Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Master Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of enterprise data across multiple domains including suppliers, customers, products, financial systems, and reporting platforms. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· General Ledger Setup: Support updates to the chart of accounts and maintain fiscal calendars.
· Financial Software Administration: Oversee financial tools including Blackline, Basware (AP automation), and Spreadsheet Server.
· Concur Platform Management: Administer the Concur expense platform, including user setup, workflow maintenance, and issue resolution.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in master data management or financial systems administration.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud Fusion) and financial platforms (e.g., Concur, Blackline).

Model marketing performance, forecast demand, and evaluate marketing program effectiveness. Develop predictive models and advanced analytical frameworks to identify leading indicators of performance, churn, and efficiency.

Represent Marketing in ongoing efforts with IT and other business groups to define and evolve Monro's data strategy including identifying data source gaps that could improve measurement and diagnosis of marketing and business performance.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
8-10+ years in business analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Background in automotive services, retail operations, or related multi-location businesses. Automotive strongly preferred but will consider the right candidate with other category experience.

The Internal Auditor completes Sarbanes-Oxley testing at the Store Support Center and stores to assess control operating effectiveness and to develop improvement recommendations whenever possible. The Internal Auditor also assists in completing operational audit work and other risk-based projects. Complete assigned Sarbanes-Oxley testing and incorporate self-review procedures to ensure quality of work

Assess the adequacy and operating effectiveness of internal controls
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
