Design, implement, and evaluate cast effective quality and regulatory initiatives. Patient Care & Education Counseling: Provide education to the patient/significant others, health care providers and community at large related to disease management, prevention and episodic care. Document patient understanding/ outcomes of education provided. Provide feedback on effectiveness of the patient education. Monitor outcomes of patient/health education.
