YOUR ROLE AS A POOL ATTENDANT
We are looking for a competent Pool Attendant to assist all guests at the Pool with their needs. You'll be responsible for our customers' experiences.
Pool Attendant responsibilities include assisting guests with towels, and seating equipment and requests courteously and efficiently, according to hotel standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment, and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests by making eye contact, smiling, and maintaining proper posture.

YOUR ROLE AS A RESERVATIONS AGENT:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our marketplace platform. This system serves as the backbone of our architecture, orchestrating communication between client applications, data science services, and core business logic.
The system is composed of a React frontend and NestJS backend in a monorepo, utilizing GraphQL (Apollo) for API gateways and services for domain-specific logic. We heavily leverage AWS for infrastructure, managed via Terraform, and maintain high standards for code quality and security.
What you'll own
Design and implement end-to-end features across the stack, from database schemas to UI components.

What you'll own
Maintain, refactor, and extend our Terraform codebase. You will work with modules, workspaces, and state management to provision resources like VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS databases, and ALBs.
Manage a multi-account AWS strategy, including a central "Master" account for shared services (Vault, Monitoring) and satellite accounts for specific applications.

YOUR ROLE AS A PREP COOK
We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You'll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

We are looking for a skilled engineer to take ownership of REEF OS martketplace infrastructure. Our infrastructure is built on AWS and managed through Terraform (IaC).
The system is designed to support multiple isolated environments (Production, Staging, Testing) across separate AWS accounts, interconnected via a central management account. It leverages a modular architecture to ensure consistency, scalability, and security.
What you'll own
Maintain, refactor, and extend our Terraform codebase. You will work with modules, workspaces, and state management to provision resources like VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS databases, and ALBs.
Manage a multi-account AWS strategy, including a central "Master" account for shared services (Vault, Monitoring) and satellite accounts for specific applications.
Oversee the integration of HashiCorp Vault for secrets management (KV secrets, database credentials) and manage IAM roles/policies to ensure least-privilege access.
Improve developer workflows using Makefiles, Shell scripts, and Python automation (e.g., certificate renewal).
Maintain and enhance our monitoring stack, primarily based on NewRelic, Zabbix, and Sentry ensuring high availability and proactive alerting.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines through GitHub actions, where code pushes automatically trigger infrastructure updates or application deployments.
