Essential Job Results: Provide support to the CSU team members; especially to CSU Nurse to ensure consumers needs are identified and met. Facilitate the greeting of consumers, identify their needs, reassure consumers of the process for risk assessments, and keep consumer informed of next steps towards their stabilization. Answer crisis calls from community members in distress. Complete all duties on the CSU Shift Report; which includes maintaining a clean and appropriate environment (cleaning rooms so new consumers may be admitted, laundry, ensuring all areas of the facility are safe and clean, setting out groceries for the daily menu, etc.).
