Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities
Plans, implements, and evaluates education programs; Creates education programs to meet the mission and vision of CCOC.
Assists with the development of annual competency training for all levels within the organization; Develops and updates policy and procedures within the organization.
Participates in new product in-service across the organization.
Registers employees for classes; Enters employees' education activities into computer education tracking system and runs education attendance records for hospital departments as needed.
Coordinates and facilitates student clinical rotations, internships, and shadowing experiences.
Provides orientation classes to prepare staff for roles across the organization; Ensures proper documentation of orientation processes within the organization.
Facilitates to make sure CCOC is meeting and following hospital required regulations. Mentors staff in education skills to help staff evolve. Participates in committees within the organization.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field preferred; Master's Degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in staff education or professional development preferred; Proven in depth knowledge and experience of the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of interventions to improve organizational learning and performance
Technical Skills: Demonstrated teaching skills, leadership, and critical thinking skills required. Must possess knowledge of personal computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: Current license to practice as a practical nurse or registered nurse in the State of Ohio required or Radiologic Technologist licensed in the State of Ohio and registered by the ARRT required; BLS Instructor within 1 year of hire.

Profile Summary:
As a Retirement Education Training Specialist, you will be supporting the goals for Voya's Retirement Services as it relates to engaging individuals to save and invest for retirement. Maintain onsite training measurement system in order to track effectiveness of onsite programs to the plan sponsor (client) and to internal Voya groups.
Maintain compliant presentation topics and speaking points to maintain industry standards and approved sales/advertising techniques.
Book own travel plans via corporate supplied vendor and other duties as assigned.
Travel within the region up to 90% of the time.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4-6 years financial industry experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent public speaking skills.
FINRA Licensed (6 or 7 & 63 required).

Responsibilities:
Carry forth the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of the agency and adhere to all agency policies and procedures
Manage a caseload of assigned children and families
Recruit families and children for the program, including expectant families, establish contact, complete applications and enrollment, and provide regular, consistent services: 46 home visits, 22 socializations
Maintain up-to-date, complete files on each child/family, including weekly documentation of home visit activities in the data management program
Observe and document children's developmental progress using agency-selected assessment tools
Work with the child and family on goals established on an IFSP, IEP, or other case plan when applicable
During the weekly home visits to the family's home, the coach parent/guardian observes and documents techniques, and in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate practices with children, assists and encourages them in their role of primary educator for their child, using the established curriculum
Demonstrate competency to plan and implement home-based learning experiences that ensure effective implementation of the home visiting curriculum and promote children's progress across the standards described in the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework: Ages birth to five, including for children with disabilities and dual language learners, as appropriate, and to build respectful, culturally responsive, and trusting relationships with families
Initiate a Family Partnership Agreement with each family within sixty (60) days of entry. Review and update the established goals monthly
Coordinate and support families completing CACFP enrollment and ethnicity forms
Support parents and community volunteers in recording donated hours through agency-selected digital in-kind system
Qualifications:
Home visiting experience preferred
Education and Training:
Minimum of a home-based CDA credential, comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an associate or bachelor's degree (college credit accepted in lieu of a completed degree)
Associate's degree in early childhood education, Human Services, or a related field preferred
Competent in planning and implementing home-based learning experiences
Willing to complete any additional required training for effective family support within 18 months
Special Conditions:
