Saturdays will be hospital based to assist with haul-ins, reproductive cases, and emergencies as they occur. Monday, Wednesday & Friday may also be utilized for ambulatory calls depending on the hospital caseload. Tuesday/Thursday - in clinic cases and surgeries. Saturday (am) - in clinic caseload and weekend ambulatory assistance as needed. * Emergency duty requirements: Shared foaling duty and mare scanning rotation with other interns including nights and weekends, typically with a back-up clinician. This individual will work closely alongside our veterinarians and surgical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
