Sign installation often involves measuring, leveling, drilling and hanging. Candidate must be competent with basic math and spatial reasoning. Familiarity with drills and other tools is also preferred. Working off ladders is common. Installers review initial site visit and work with sales to create custom sign solutions to suit customer's needs. After the sign is fabricated the installation team reviews the site plan with the Customer Service Rep, goes out on site and performs the installation. Center has daily installations so you are out of the office often with changing scenery. Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday

Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet? Do you like working with your hands and making things? If so, then a career with FASTSIGNS may be for you. As an Installer, you'll play an important role in getting the finished graphic or sign in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to fabricate, assemble, erect, and hang items, both inside and out. In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. You'll be in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team. Every day is challenging and different. We are looking for a professional and reliable person who is interested in a career. Compensation includes an hourly wage and a monthly production bonus after 90 day training period. Vehicle wrap or tint installation experience is a plus. * Ability to operate wide-format printers, router and/or laser is a bonus, but not required. * Ability to work a standard schedule with some flexibility. Primary day shifts Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5 pm, but we will very occasionally need to perform installations after hours and on weekends or occasional optional out-of-town work. * Team approach with willingness to help with production and other tasks as needed. * Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. * Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during installation and equipment operation. * Proactive approach and attention to detail. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Comfortable working on ladders, boom lifts, and scaffolding. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
