Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients
Schedules patients' office visits
Complete patient reminders for appointment times

Enter registration information into computer for new patients; Obtains consent for treatment of minors when appropriate
Files registration documents in medical records according to policy and procedures
Handle superbill process to include: Obtains valid signature on superbill, work with clinic team to ensure all forms placed with superbill, check completeness of superbills, account for all used and voided superbills, post superbill payments
Discusses account balance with patients; collect for current payments, past due payments or directs patients to the billing office when applicable
Refers patients to eligibility/financial workers if available and necessary
Ensures that daily log and cash on hand balances and all cash accounted for.
Completes deposit slip, reconcile cash collected to cash-on-hand daily
Provides general filing
Ensures proper policy and procedure are followed with office duties, such as, DNKA, Lab Tracking, Refills, etc.
Verifies and ensures competency when utilizing EMR and EPM system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience as in a medical/dental front office role
English/Spanish fluency
Skill in operations computer databases
Ability to read, write, and calculate mathematical figures.
Knowledge of general office practices and procedures in a medical/dental clinic
Knowledge of programs available that support nutritional/health education
Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner via telephone and in person
Ability to understand and respond appropriately, effectively, and sensitively to underserved populations
Knowledge of ADA, CPT, and ICD-9-CM coding

This Surgical Services Business Manager opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. We are looking for a dynamic individual who functions as an integral part of the surgical services team, working closely with surgery and supply chain operations to ensure all resource (supply, equipment, services) needs are met on a daily basis. Expedites incoming supplies on a daily basis, utilizing most cost effective shipping method. Re-establishes par levels as needed based on changes in usage. Identifies expires timely and works with vendor to substitute or credit. Identifies alternate sources or substitute products. Works in conjunction with supply chain operations to follow set inventory guidelines. Maintains the OR Inventory System in a perpetual inventory format.
* Maintain appropriate files to support consignment agreements and the value of consignment stock. Maintains loan/borrow files. Tracks the inter-facility loaning and borrowing of equipment and supplies, and reconciling billing/payment as needed, at least on a monthly basis.
* Coordinates physical inventory for all surgical services cost centers in conjunction with materials management. Validates correct locations listed prior to counts. Audits surgery inventory transactions.
* Performs daily monitoring of productivity and scheduling through Kronos and Vision ware. Ensures hours and stats are correct. Communicates status to OR manager for course correction. Reports biweekly variance report.
* Audits patient charges for charge capture accuracy and revenue maximization. Ensures charge input and reconciliations are performed daily.

This Speech Therapist opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient schedule. This dynamic individual will be responsible for administration and direct application of speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Nevada Health Centers job in Carson City, NV
Based at Community Health Pharmacy. Ensures compliance and adheres to all applicable state and federal laws. Supervises daily operations at the pharmacy, including outpatient and mail order pharmacy, and repackaging and distribution of drugs to remote health center sites. Supervises pharmacy technicians and ensures the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions orders. Performs clinical pharmacy services for our patients.
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy degree (or Bachelors of Pharmacy with 5 years of experience). Immunization and MTM or disease state monitoring experience required. Must be professionally competent and licensed by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy. Required to maintain CPR and immunization certification.
This is a perdiem position.
