We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members. Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) Oversees warehouse operations and supervises warehouse workers. Essential Functions * Enforces operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. * Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment. * Coordinates repairs for equipment with outside vendors and/or forklift mechanics. * Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager. * Reports high cost repairs to department manager. * Works with production supervisors to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing. * Reports higher level issues to management. * Oversees receiving and cycle count activities. * Trains all new warehouse employees and re-evaluates training needs based on individual performance. * Coordinates staffing requirements to cover attendance shortage. * Directs salvage of damaged or used material. * Performs month end inventory and cycle counts to ensure physical inventories reconcile with books. * SuperUser (Advance team member) for Warehouse WMS system * Ensures maintenance of clean, orderly and safe warehouse. * Participates in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities. * Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. * Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Warehouse Associate I The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading to include the pallet handling process. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity in the warehouse, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for cross country shipments and customer requirements, while maintaining a clean, and safe work environment. Plant Sanitation Manager The Plant Sanitation Manager is responsible for ensuring the Niagara Bottling Plant cleaning and sanitation policies and standards are met. The primary focus of the Sanitation Manager is to ensure the Niagara cleaning and sanitation systems protect food safety and quality of our beverages and bottled water. The Sanitation Manager position reports into the Plant Director or Sr. Operations Manager. These metrics should include (but are not limited too) chemical cost, CIP frequencies/times, microbiological test results and GMP plant audits. Work directly with the approved chemical supplier to track/trend these metrics. * Work with an approved chemical supplier and plant team to conduct verification and validation of cleaning and sanitation. * Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving food safety and quality issues. * Insure the plant uses approved chemicals for cleaning and sanitation. * Implement a cleaning and sanitation Training Program for CIP, COP, and environmental cleaning and sanitation. This should include, but not be limited to chemical safety, CIP/COP basics, external cleaning, sanitary maintenance oversight, etc. * Provide an environmental oversight to the sanitation processes at the plant. Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. The Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. The Maintenance Technician also performs troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment and general maintenance of the plant. The Maintenance Technician works directly with machine Operators, Supervisors, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics and Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve mechanical issues that arise during shift. The Maintenance Technician proposes solutions to complex and reoccurring problems on production equipment to Sr. Mechanics and Management to resolve issues. Essential Functions * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment * Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at facility * Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with Niagara's defined processes * Maintain industrial control systems * Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner * May fill in for production operator as needed * Create and report repairs throughout shift. Complete required work order paperwork, document parts and material usage * Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.
