About the Role: Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager directly controls the work of assigned maintenance and janitorial staff by determining the unit's tasks and the procedures required to accomplish them. Provides leadership and guidance to department staff. As a working manager, the Facilities Manager will perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trades work in the repair, maintenance, or construction of the NRBH facilities throughout Weld County, as well as maintenance of equipment and grounds. Additionally, our facilities manager installs and maintains security, climate control, and other facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate maintenance operations across all agency facilities-ensuring HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, equipment, fleet vehicles, and general building infrastructure remain safe, functional, and reliable.
Partner with the Facilities Director to support vendor management and coordinate outside contractors for approved maintenance and repair projects.
Plan, schedule, and oversee routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work to maintain high-quality, compliant, and well-functioning facilities.
Serve as acting Facilities Director for maintenance and janitorial operations during assigned periods of absence.
Participate equally in the emergency on-call rotation and provide snow removal services when needed to maintain safe access to agency locations.
Prioritize and complete facility requests with exceptional organization, efficiency, and attention to quality.
Provide daily leadership to facilities staff, including workflow direction, scheduling, ensuring department coverage, enforcing agency standards, and approving time off and timesheets.
Approve daily purchases within established limits to support timely project completion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities, including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, invoices, and employee trainings.
Act as a subject-matter expert and resource for assigned departments or locations, providing guidance and solutions to facility-related needs.
Communicate promptly, respectfully, and professionally with the Facilities Director, team members, and agency staff-modeling strong collaboration, customer service, and a positive agency presence.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance or improve agency facilities, make recommendations, and ensure appropriate follow-through.
Safely operate trade tools and equipment; maintain accurate inventory; and train team members on the correct and safe use of tools, equipment, and chemicals.
Ensure all agency vehicles and tools are maintained in safe working condition; perform minor repairs and promptly report major issues to the Facilities Director.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to determine project scope, materials, and resource requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of systems-including HVAC, water and air systems, electrical and plumbing components, walls, windows, roofing, flooring, doors and hardware, and pneumatic controls-ensuring high-quality results.
Lead staffing activities for maintenance and janitorial teams, including screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and formal evaluations; ensure timely documentation and resolution of performance, conduct, or ethical concerns; and consult with the Facilities Director for complex personnel matters.
Support employee growth by providing training, retraining, mentorship, and technical assistance across maintenance and janitorial functions.
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation; report concerns promptly to leadership or Human Resources.
Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient and high-quality facility operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Valid Colorado Driver's License and a driving record that meets agency insurability requirements are required.
Experience:
5 years of experience performing construction, maintenance, and/or repair facilities and associated grounds, preferably within a multi-site agency, PLUS
2 years supervisory/leadership experience managing a team.
Knowledge:
Management, leadership, and supervision practices.
Proper way to clean and dispose of biological waste.
Advanced mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical principles.
Applicable federal, State, and city regulations and procedures.
Basic construction drawings, sketches, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Requires Doctor of Medicine / Osteopathy, completion of residency in Family practice or Internal Medicine, and Board Certification in Addiction Medicine (preferred).
Colorado Medical License and Valid Prescriptive Authority in good standing.
Five (5) years of relevant clinical experience
Three (3) years of leadership experience.

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a full-time Pre-Sentence Re-Entry Coordinator to join our dedicated team, providing outpatient therapy to individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Based at the Arapahoe County Jail, the coordinator will work closely with inmates who screen positive for substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with a focus on high jail utilizers. The Overnight Clinical Manager provides oversight of all clinical teams and staff in the Victor St. building, Detox Recovery, Walk-in Crisis, and the Crisis Stabilization Unit. The Clinical Manager collaborates with Program Managers and the Division Director to coordinate initial and ongoing trainings for overnight crisis and detox staff, onboards new staff within the assigned team, and oversees new skill development for clinical tasks and shares skill training opportunities with other staff. The Clinical Manager will support and motivate staff on the overnight shift to complete designated tasks and will provide direction to department staff whenever needed.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Associate's in Nursing required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure Requirement: Per Colorado BHA regulations, you must hold an active Colorado RN license (or compact RN licensure from another state) before providing any client services.
Preferred: one year of relevant clinical experience.
Preferred: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience.**
Ability to administer medications and injections.
Demonstrated ability in nursing assessment including evaluation and interpretation of medical and behavioral health information.
Knowledge and familiarity of nursing care management concepts, and psychotropic medications.
Advanced written and oral communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, efficient time management with multitasking ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as collaborate with other internal and external teams.
Ability to learn and operate various software programs, including Word, Excel and web-based systems.

As Program Director for our 24/7 Crisis Support Services (CSS), you will guide a multidisciplinary team that anchors our community's behavioral health continuum, providing immediate stabilizing care when individuals need it most.
CSS brings together two essential, fast-paced programs: our Acute Treatment Unit (ATU), supporting clients experiencing acute mental health needs, and our 3.2 Withdrawal Management (Detox) unit, serving individuals navigating intoxication or withdrawal. With a brief 2-4 days length of stay, these programs provide intensive, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and culturally humble services designed to help clients regain safety, stability, and hope.
In this role, you will share the future of crisis care, leading program design, inspiring teams, and driving innovation that responds to the evolving needs of our community. You will empower staff through robust clinical supervision, professional development, and a strong culture of accountability and support. Your leadership will bring our organizational vision to life, translating strategic goals into meaningful outcomes for clients and the wider system of care.
As a steward of quality and efficiency, you will oversee utilization, budget performance, and grant initiatives, ensuring our services are both sustainable and impactful. You'll also maintain strong collaborative relationships internally and externally, advocating for client-centered care that is accessible, equitable, and responsive.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, operationalize, and achieve overall program goals and strategies with multidisciplinary team support, including modification of existing program services or creation of new program services to maintain or enhance program standing and to effectively meet the needs of clients and the community.
Oversee the development of comprehensive program policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards that promote productive liaison relationships with referral sources and managed healthcare systems in the referral, admission, treatment, utilization, and discharge processes; communicate and support agency program objectives, policies, and policy changes. Enforce policies and procedures related to employment law, program guidelines, regulatory compliance, and safety.
Analyze data and utilize/prepare a variety of reports to assist with evaluating services, capacity, and in response to start inquiries or regulations; evaluate and verify accuracy of relevant reporting data. Use data on an ongoing basis in planning, implementation, and review of team members a process.
Uphold and ensure quality program performance, including revenue goals and procedures, documentation standards, penetration, compliance, fidelity measures, and other program variables.
Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problems in a proactive and timely manner.
Effectively liaise and collaborate with colleagues in respect to clinical planning, service delivery, and cross-division issues to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of program(s). Keep executive management information on administrative and legislative issues or changes in the program area.
Model agency core competencies (Customer First, Compassion, Collaboration) and assure development and support of team values with staff.
Manage the fiscal component of the program by monitoring financial activities, preparing justification for fiscal impacts, and providing input to the substantial annual program budget and planning process; support and apply cost control measures and practices supporting revenue goals.
Actively participate in and/or oversee utilization management activities such as clinical case appeals, discharge planning, and disease management.
Maintain proper staffing patterns to ensure appropriate client/provider ratios and program coverage while staying within the budgeted program hours; ensure that the program is staffed at the appropriate levels with individuals whose skills, abilities, and accreditations are suited to their job responsibilities.
Screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates; use an applicant tracking system to document and community care appropriately and timely throughout the screening and selection process.
Ensure appropriate training for program staff regarding accurate coding, fiscal responsibilities, and documentation for services rendered; serve as a resource person to program staff; provide technical assistance, training, and coaching in clinical and administrative areas as needed to support staff development.
Assure environment is conducive to employees being able to work without harassment, discrimination, or retaliation; report alleged incidents to the next level of manager and/or Chief Human Resources Officer or the Human Resources Director.
Convene regular staff and employee supervision meetings; provide consistent leadership by assuring face-to-face time with all team members. Attend various agency meetings, as assigned, and actively participate in committees, work groups, and special projects.
Provide a significant level of community engagement in carrying out the mission of the organization to promote agency services and programs; identify and actively participate in networking opportunities as a professional spokesperson for the organization and program(s) in appropriate and relevant forums or groups; prepare and deliver verbal presentations and conduct facility and program tours.
Maintain and improve close and cooperative relationships with internal teams and external agencies, interest groups, referral sources, and other community groups to explain program(s), mediate differences, and see modifications.
May provide crisis and routine clinical services for clients; may be called upon to provide shift coverage, assessments, or to prepare clinical reports and documents, initiate involuntary hold and treat processes as needed and within the scope of practice/credentials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is REQUIRED.
Colorado Clinical licensure in the appropriate discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is REQUIRED.
Credentials exceeding the minimum requirements may be substituted for experience.
Experience:
2 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in the behavioral health field, providing, developing, implementing, and/or administering programs(s) in a crisis setting is REQUIRED.
Must have demonstrated ability to manage others or projects of agency significance; Clinical supervision and/or management experience is preferred.
Experience in coordinating behavioral health intervention plans and services with other agencies.

Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS) delivers comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Through our Acute Treatment Unit and Withdrawal Management (Detox) programs, we address clients' unique needs with empathy and expertise. Our services include individual counseling, medication monitoring, case management, group therapy, withdrawal management, and tailored discharge and aftercare planning, all designed to empower clients on their path to recovery.
As a Behavioral Health Worker, you play a pivotal role in transforming lives by implementing personalized care plans. You'll collaborate with clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring adherence to the policies and standards of North Range Behavioral Health. Beyond this, you'll be a cornerstone of support-offering emotional encouragement, resolving barriers to resources, and advocating for clients' needs to help them achieve meaningful progress in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist supervisory staff in assuring that clients comply with program rules, guidelines, and directives while they participate in all aspects of daily living and treatment within the facility and outside the facility when instructed.
Assist in the client administration process including orientation, training, and other activities to maximize clients' positive adjustment to the setting.
Observe client behavior to identify changes or indicators of special needs and report those observations to designated staff as they occur.
Participate in the delivery of group activities and serve as an assistant to the clinical staff in treatment events as requested. May participate in one-to-one treatment sessions with clients as designated by the program.
Assist with meal service and participate with clients during mealtime as indicated by client care plans; assist with client wellness checks and breaks per program requirements. They may be required to monitor clients on breaks where tobacco products are used.
Conduct house/community meetings and engage in client discussions.
Assist in monitoring client use of medications and management of those medications.
Assist in special outings, tours, trips, and other special projects that are part of the program plans.
Function as a crisis intervention specialist when required to implement response plans for a client demonstrating difficult behaviors, health emergencies, or natural disasters.
Use appropriate de-escalation, seclusion, and/or restraint techniques when necessary following program guidelines.
Demonstrate competency in the use of timeouts, token economy, therapeutic privacy, therapeutic physical restraint, and locked time out as behavioral interventions as appropriate for the facility and situation.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets agency insurability requirements is required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills desired.
