    The Performance & Quality Analyst plays a unified, cross-functional role in advancing data-driven decision-making, quality improvement, and compliance monitoring across all programs, as well as the Buildings & Grounds departments at Northern Children's Services. This position blends the former data-focused and compliance-focused analyst functions into a single, flexible role. Working under the leadership and direction of the COO, the Analyst supports service delivery improvement, regulatory readiness, KPI monitoring, licensing, and qualitative audits (both external and internal), and dashboard development. This role ensures Northern meets quality and compliance standards while actively supporting engaging staff in using data to plan, improve, and reflect. The Analyst is also responsible for supporting operational departments such as Buildings & Grounds by generating reports from systems like Freshdesk, analyzing trends, and supporting vendor tracking and quality management. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION A. Data System Administration Serve as administrator for core platforms (e.g., Credible, Apricot, Power Bl, SharePoint, Freshdesk). Develop and maintain user-friendly tools, reports, and dashboards to support internal users. Troubleshoot system functionality issues, coordinate with vendors, and manage user permissions. Maintain the accuracy and standardization of forms, fields, and workflows in core systems. B. Performance Measurement & Analysis Update and disseminate KPls across departments (programmatic and administrative). Analyze trends in service delivery, engagement, occupancy, staff performance, building requests, and fiscal efficiency. Partner with COO and department leads to use data for planning, supervision, vendor oversight, and compliance. Track progress toward annual goals, strategic plan benchmarks, and improvement initiatives. C. Compliance & Internal Audits Conduct or support internal audits and compliance checks across programs. Track and analyze incident reports, root causes, and response trends. Support regulatory audit preparation, documentation review, and tracking of corrective actions. Collaborate with the COO on the implementation of compliance plans. D. Data Literacy & Training Create and deliver training for staff on data entry standards, report interpretation, and dashboard use. Support performance review preparation by helping staff access, interpret, and apply their own data. E. Support for Operational Units (e.g., Buildings & Grounds) Analyze Freshdesk tickets and categorize trends to support facilities response improvements. Assist with vendor quality tracking, project status reporting, and KPI monitoring. Support Board reporting for Buildings & Grounds with relevant data and visual summaries. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Proficiency with business intelligence and data systems (Apricot, Credible, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, EHRs). Strong presentation and visualization skills. Ability to translate complex data into accessible, actionable formats. Knowledge of compliance principles and audit processes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Systems-thinking approach to troubleshooting and process design. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Cultural competency and trauma-informed practice. Developing knowledge and application of appropriate AI tools QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, public administration, social services, or related field required-Master's preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, performance evaluation, quality improvement, or compliance in a human services or nonprofit setting. Experience with EHRs, dashboarding tools, and audit processes preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Ability to work at a computer and attend onsite meetings as needed. • Travel within the Philadelphia region for site support, audits, or trainings as needed. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides one-to-one behavioral management interventions to the child or adolescent with a serious emotional disturbance, in the assigned home, school or community setting, in support of the family or other responsible adults, in order to prevent more restrictive services or out-of-home placement. The BHT carries out specific behavioral management interventions identified in the treatment plan for the children or adolescent(s) assigned to their care. They should identify individual family needs and interface with other relevant systems (i.e. Juvenile Justice, DHS) to connect families to resources in the community when appropriate Maintain contact with treatment team members (IBHS team members, schools, families, and other relevant parties). If a child receives services from other providers, coordinate with other providers involved. Clearly and effectively communicate pertinent information to responsible parties, including IBHS team, as well as Clinical Director and Administrative Director. Collaborates with other programs and departments to assure continuity of service for designated consumers. Documentation Complete the OneCare Vermont: Self-Sufficiency Outcomes Matrix with families and upload the information. Complete case management services documentation weekly. The Full-Time Lead Behavior Consultant is responsible for supervising the provision of any authorized IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) services authorized through Northern Children Services. This is a full-time salaried position. The Lead Behavior Consultant carries out these functions by directing and supporting the Behavioral Consultants and Behavioral Health Technicians in delivering superior service. The Lead Behavior Consultant is responsible for monitoring the census and staffing for their programs to insure the program is meeting all requirements. The Lead BC is a liaison with the school team and the IBHS team, in addition to all other teams involved with assigned clients. The Lead BC will complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Group Mobile Therapy sessions for children in the assigned schools. The Lead BC shall provide clinical direction of services for each child on their caseload, shall revise and update the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), and shall provide oversight of the provision of the ITP. The Lead BC should consult with adults across settings in that child's life and create appropriate and reasonable goals. Summary: NCS's Wellness &Resiliency program/Outpatient Services Program provides outpatient services that help children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, ADHD, ADHD, bereavement or other emotional, social and behavioral difficulties. Following a comprehensive assessment and consultation, WRP/Outpatient Clinicians identify the child's needs and make recommendations for treatment. Treatment may consist of one or more of the following: individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and/or medication management. Generally, sessions are about one hour weekly, though depending on the child's needs, the pace may vary. Evidence-based treatments such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Milieu Therapy are available. Internship must be able to provide individual therapy and group therapy under the direction of a supervisor. Specific Duties Communication Maintain therapy appointments with children and their families on site and in their home. This also includes following up on cancellations and no-shows. Maintain correspondence with families who do not show for sessions or are unable to be reached via telephone through letters. Obtain signatures from children and their caregivers on all paperwork requiring them on specified dates as the paperwork is prepared. Maintain consistent correspondence with supervisor regarding continuing treatment. Notify Supervisor of any emergency situations within 30 minutes. Follow agency emergency protocol and complete incident report within 24 hours. Attend supervision as scheduled. Consult with psychiatrist and evaluators as directed and provide clinical updates as needed / requested. Clinicians are expected to check mailboxes, email, and voicemail daily. A Clinical Manager of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) directs, communicates, monitors, leads and supervises the clinical and operational processes of a designated clinical team. A Behavior Consultant (BC) provides intensive therapeutic services to a child in the home, community or school setting. Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Behavior Consultant leads the team to provide clinical direction of services for each child on their caseload, revises and updates the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP), and provides oversight of the provision of the ITP. The BC should consult with adults across settings in that child's life and create appropriate and reasonable goals. Essential Functions of this Position Include: Leadership Coordinates the overall clinical direction of treatment for the children assigned to caseload, in collaboration with family and other treatment professionals. Is a resource to the child, family, treatment team, school and Behavior Health Technicians in crisis and problem situations to develop a crisis plan and resolution. Planning Conducts meetings to plan anticipated clinical needs of consumer. Develops treatment plan based on psychiatric evaluation, per agency and regulatory standards. Completes functional behavioral assessments for clients. Monitoring Ensures that treatment goals, objectives and interventions are appropriate and fit the particular needs of the child and family. Monitors consumer progress on treatment goals and reports this information through treatment plan updates at least every 180 days.
