This organization has been in business for decades, competes on quality over price, and produces highly customized, engineered products-not high-volume commodity work. If you enjoy machining steel parts that require attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship, this is an excellent environment.
Why This Role Stands Out

Stable, family-style environment with forward-thinking leadership modernizing operations

Select proper material, tooling, and programs based on BOMs and blueprints
Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet print specifications

What They're Looking For
Must Have
2-3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills or lathes; both preferred)
