Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Arranging and loading sheet metal onto rolling rack
Pull sheet metal material when needed using a forklift
Call up appropriate program, set-up and operate CNC turret punch
Read and interpret bills of materials (BOM) and blueprints
Select proper die clearances based on material requirements
Change tooling as required and perform scheduled maintenance tasks (i.e. tool sharpening)
Deburr parts
Check dimensions such as gauge, height and width, holes and cut-outs against print
Follow production schedule as assigned
Responsible for keeping work area(s) clean
Participate and work in a team atmosphere
Maintain high productivity and quality workmanship
Perform quality checks on machined parts
Troubleshoot during production run to maintain quality throughout
Parts clean up

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality component parts according to specifications.
Create programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure precise machining operations.

Conduct quality inspections of machined parts to verify conformance to customer requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, including knowledge of various machining techniques and tooling.
Strong programming skills with the ability to write and edit G-code programs.
Experience interpreting and manually editing G-Code.
Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit) preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to provide leadership and work in a team-oriented environment.
Train operators and help troubleshoot.

You will report to one of the ISC Production Supervisor and will work onsite in our Spokane, Washington Plant.
In this role you will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operations, set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. ** **
**Shift Hours:** 5:00am - 3:00 pm Thursday - Sunday
**Salary Range:** $25.50 per hour plus shift differential ($1.50 - $7 depending on shift) The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
