The NP provides palliative medical services by managing the symptoms of acute and chronic conditions, assisting with communication and coordination of care, and developing treatment plans. Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program. Current approval by the Board of Nursing to perform medical acts. Master's degree of Nursing. Physical Requirements : Able to stand and walk for 4+ hours Able to lift 100 pounds to assist fallen residents. Able to lift 10 pounds for routine performance of essential functions.
