Responsibilities
Position is in a 40-bed, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Night shift, 12 hours, 7p-7a, with every other weekend required
36 hours per week contract schedule
Holiday coverage required for one major and one minor holiday
Orientation is held weekly on Mondays except for holidays
No local travelers accepted; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Candidates must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year if previously employed as travel, permanent, or per diem staff

The Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) will succeed a long‑tenured, well‑respected leader and will inherit an exceptional team of committed and experienced staff. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy
Oversee short‑ and long‑term budget planning, forecasting, and resource management in alignment with MHP's mission and strategic plan; identify opportunities to increase net income, unrestricted net assets, and to secure program funding where appropriate and as opportunities arise.
Regularly undertake business modeling, planning and stress testing; and align resources to meet agreed upon organizational objectives.

Position is based in a hospital Operating Room with 17 ORs staffed 24/7
Surgical services include general, GYN, GU, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine
Evening shift, 12-hour shifts with 9am and 11am start times, totaling 36 hours per week
Schedule requires working every third weekend
No major holiday coverage required
One call shift per schedule is required
May float to additional OR locations as needed
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and adapt as needed within a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia assessment must be passed prior to consideration
Scrub attire is required per hospital guidelines
References must include two manager-level contacts, one within the past 12 months and one from within the past three years
Requirements
Active MA RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of inpatient OR experience required
Level 1 trauma hospital experience preferred
OR scrub experience required
Competency in at least 5 of the listed service lines required
Strong communication skills and demonstrated flexibility are essential
