What you will do
Johnson Controls is a global leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of a comprehensive array of networked and integrated fire alarm and suppression, security, and communications systems. Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a SSR Service Sales Rep. The primary function of this position is to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products to include fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections. Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives. Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives. Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers. Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support the sales plan. Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
How you will do it
Establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service offerings.
Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan.
Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
Maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities.
Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Johnson Controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
Support the service department to generate leads for service or equipment/device upgrades.
What we look for
Required
Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).
Three (3) years minimum B2B track record of sales experience.
Experience selling a service or intangible or technical product.
Experience prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.
Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision where performance will be measure by meeting quota numbers.
Professional communication, organizational, and time management skills is a must have!
Proficient in Microsoft Office

What you will do:
Under general direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers and consulting engineers. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to construction community by providing business and technical solutions. Duties & Responsibilities
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and always adhere to all OSHA safety standards and Técnico safety policies.
* Must adhere to all applicable safety, technical, and regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to:
* Company policies and procedures
* Local, state, and federal regulations
* ABS, NAVSEA Standard Items, and MSC GTRs
* MIL-STD (e.g., 22D, 248, **************, 2035)
* General Specifications for Overhaul of Ships
* Perform advanced welding in multiple positions (2G, 3G, 4G, 6G) using various processes (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, GMAW-P, SMAW) in compliance with NAVSEA-approved procedures and specifications.
* Conduct quality control checks using precision gauges and ensure all work meets NAVSEA standards; inspect finished welds for defects and conformance.
* Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment, including manual/semi-automatic systems, hand and power tools, and cutting equipment (e.g., wire feeders, carbon arc rigs, tig rigs, mig/flux core guns CAC-A).
* Prepare and align components for welding through layout, measuring, beveling, and fitting while monitoring for distortion or heat-related issues.
* Possess and maintain personal tools/equipment necessary to accomplish their trade.
* Troubleshoot equipment and material issues, change out wire spools, tips/nozzles or adjust, and notify management when replacements are needed.
* Must be proficient at reading and interpreting weld symbols on blueprints and drawings.
* Conduct self-inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with applicable drawings and specifications.
* Provide guidance and train junior craftsmen, providing direction as a senior mechanic when required.
* Maintain a good attendance record, demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, work well with others, take pride in your work, and be receptive to constructive feedback from mentors (supervisor, PMT, etc.).
Certification Requirements
* Must be qualified in 3-position SMAW carbon steel plate and 3-position FCAW carbon steel plate.
* Hold a carbon arcing qualification, plus one additional SMAW certification (not carbon steel) and one additional FCAW plate certification (not carbon steel).
* Hold a SMAW 110-18 6GT Pipe certification, and either a GMAW-P Aluminum certification or 3 SMAW and 3 FCAW pipe/plate certifications.
Experience Requirements
* 4 - 6 years of experience as a Welder in a shipyard.
Other Requirements
* Must be able to work in various environmental conditions including outdoor weather, heights, confined spaces, loud noise, and exposure to airborne particles or fumes.
* Must be able to wear a respirator as required for specific tasks and maintain compliance with fit testing and respiratory protection protocols.
* Regularly required to sit, reach, and use hands for handling or operating tools and equipment.
* Occasionally required to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb ladders or structures (e.g., masts, tanks, voids).
* Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. independently and seek assistance for heavier loads.
* Must be able to pass Drug Screening, Work Ability Screening.
* Must be able to obtain a Government facility security pass and badges at the various shipyards Técnico works at (e.g., MHI, BAE, NASSCO, HII).
* Availability to work overtime, weekends, or travel to alternate worksites when project needs demand.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a Manager of Experimental Science to manage experimental diagnostics projects and to lead a team of scientists and engineers in the design, implementation, and testing of devices and technologies aimed at enhancing fusion plasma performance. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Director of Experimental Science at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
* Lead a team of scientists and engineers working on various projects and initiatives
* Present scientific progress updates during internal meetings and conferences
* Create the team roadmap taking into consideration how the physics of different subsystems work together to create a strategic vision
* Collaborate with other scientists and engineers in the development and testing of experimental instrumentation and procedures
* Drive schedule ownership and optimization by team members to accelerate milestones
* Drive design, analysis, and process improvements to increase throughput
Required Skills:
* Advanced degree in physics or related physical science discipline
* 5+ years of scientific research experience with 3+ years managing scientists or engineers in research, development, or technology settings
* Knowledge of applied plasma physics with hands-on experience in hardware design and development
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex interdepartmental projects, including schedule ownership

$225,000-$275,000 USD

What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Helion, you'll lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver the technical, leadership and business talent that powers our mission to bring fusion to the world. You'll manage day-to-day recruiting operations, drive hiring excellence across functions and partner closely with hiring leaders to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans.
This role is both strategic and hands - on - balancing leadership and coaching with direct recruiting impact. This is an onsite role that reports directly to Director of Talent & People Operation at our Everett, WA office.
You Will
* Lead a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver results across technical and business roles
* Partner with hiring leaders and executives to prioritize headcount, define search strategies, and align on hiring goals
* Drive recruiter productivity, candidate quality, and speed-to-hire through data and consistent process execution
