Provide Team Members with appropriate Workers' Compensation documentation, ensure accurate completion, and forward to TPA in accordance with OSHA and Self-Insured requirements. Copy reports to appropriate management personnel.
Update daily / weekly logs and summaries.
Restock office inventory on a daily basis. Track inventory, log and batch test validity of metal detectable blue band aids in accordance with current BRC requirements and disinfect bio-hazardous trash.
Adhere to all OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
Assist Safety management with hearing test paperwork for Annual testing process.
Assist personnel in the application of the Drug and Alcohol Policy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MOBILE PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN
Currently in possession of a CPT1 certification in the state of California
Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications
Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable
Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting
1+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)
