All certificates of insurance shall be filed with Legends Global and the Peoria Civic Center Authority and shall be subject to their review and approval. The required proof should be provided on an Accord Certificate Form and the certificate shall provide 30 days' notice to Legends Global and the Peoria Civic Center Authority of any cancellation or material change in terms and conditions. Such certificate must evidence the inclusion of the Additional Insureds. Any applicable deductible amounts shall also be stated on such certificate.
