This role is designed for a seasoned surgical technologist who serves as a clinical expert-trusted to lead cases, anticipate surgeon needs, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate is confident working across multiple specialties, including vascular hybrid procedures involving wire-based techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead scrub for complex and high-risk surgical procedures
Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
Anticipate surgeon needs through advanced procedural knowledge
Maintain strict sterile field integrity
Perform first and second scrub duties, including:
Instrument handling
