Your main role will be designing and laying out HVAC systems for multiple facility types and requirements. Your role will also include developing and sustaining relationships with in-house teams and contractors while providing technical solutions through design and consulting services that address the facility manager and/or owner's requirements. A professional engineering license in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or at a minimum the ability to obtain a professional engineering license within 2 years. LEED or CEM accreditation and/or green building design experience is a plus. With general direction, creates engineering designs including: Reviews draft designs for compliance with federal, state and local regulations and signs off on completed designs.
