Maintain customer lists, reports and records (e.g. compiling transactions for billing purposes)
Provide real-time customer and competitive intelligence to Supply Center team and sales account teams on a regular basis
Determine, in consultation with Supply Center team and sales account manager, customer inventory requirements
Use the preferred ordering mechanism, SCMS.

Verify size, shape, and weight of parcel and compare against expected cost using cost tables or other means, ensuring cost expected meets cost incurred.
Complete all order processing and status updates in the Dancik system, and maintain data accuracy in the Shiplinx system when processing parcel shipments.
Print and include packing lists for all orders requiring documentation for accounting and customer records, including adding notes to orders to indicate relevant shipping information.

Order Pullers are responsible for pulling the correct items in correct quantities for each retail store, as indicated on the packing slips for each order. They have good attention to detail, the ability to inspect for quality and quantity, as well as strong communication skills for notifying the line leader of issues, prior to packaging. Requirements
Education and Experience:
Experience with order pulling or assembling pieced goods is desirable, but not required
