THE ROLE

Job Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Follow specific order instructions, ensuring all items are correctly selected.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and labeling products.
Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive items.
Work with team members to meet daily production and order fulfillment targets.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product accuracy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs/kg.
Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The order picker will manage online pick ticket orders from customers and management and physically pulls inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of products to our NetCost Market customers. He/ She will also pack orders, prepare them, and load them on trucks for delivery while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date.
Manages pick ticket orders
Pulls items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
Ensures that orders are accurate
Stages items correctly for delivery
Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch
Oversees stock replenishment
Monitors stock control systems and processes specific orders
Ensures NetCost Market goals are met
Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
Shrink wraps products to pallets
Loads delivery vehicles
Packs orders as necessary
Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
Performs other general duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferred
Experience working with RF Scanner
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and stay on feet for a long periods of time
Positive attitude
Exceptional customer service
Ability to work in fast paced busy environment
Ability to work in chilled area (refrigerated area)
