SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Logistics Center Selector is required to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick and assemble products to fulfill customer orders based on demand. This is a NIGHT shift position and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:15pm - 1:15am, or until the daily work is completed.
You will:
Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.'
Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
You have:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1-year minimum of warehouse experience
1 year of high-volume order selecting
1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack
Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted

Schedule
Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Select and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning equipment
Accurately identify and pick items by product numbers and quantities
Transfer orders to designated workstations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any inventory discrepancies or product identification issues
Work collaboratively with team members in a professional environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Perform various movements, including bending, twisting, and reaching
Handle items of various weights throughout the shift
Work in a warehouse environment with concrete floors
Qualifications:
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail
Clear verbal communication abilities
Good hand-eye coordination
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
